As usual the bathroom was quite small and needed some work. The bar was not actually a bar, but just reception personnel getting drinks, mainly from the breakfast area. 3.50 for an awful nescaffe cappuccino is a bit over the top.

It was a standard Holiday Inn room. We had booked a twin bed room, but received a King. Staff did easily correct this. The room was average size with an excellent bed. Breakfast was buffet style with everything we needed. For an overnight stay not far from the train station it was perfect.

The choice for breakfast could be slightly wider with some hot meals for those going for a long drive after breakfast.

Convenient location for car travellers going to/from holidays. Secure car parking, so luggage can stay in the boot overnight. Friendly staff on the Reception. Good choice of restaurants within walking distance.

Breakfast is limited, air conditioning was not working in the room, dinner in the hotel was from semi-finished products with average quality. Parking was fully rezerved, so it was not possible to park here despite there were free spaces.

The hotel is a little dated to be honest. Minor things that didn’t bother us too much but I’m sure would be a little bit of a moan to younger people. For example the vending machine only took cash maybe a card machine would be better. That’s my only comment so obviously things aren’t that bad!

The location was fine for the entertainment complex… just a few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and entertainment for the grandkids. Good bus service from the train station. The pool was clean and child friendly. The staff were super helpful especially Arezki who helped with a few minor issues but that was mostly to do with us being unable to speak French. He was brilliant, such an asset to the hotel. Well done Arezki. You’re a star.

The friendly, warm reception we received when we arrived. The pool was good to relax in and around after a long drive. The location was fantastic with places to eat just a 3-5 minute walk away. The tram stop into Montpellier was really handy too. The double bed was comfortable.

We were quite tired, and when inquiring about parking we got no response, or a rude reply. For the charged rates (and a €200 credit card deposit) we expected the property to be in better condition than it was. • Bathroom Items: The soap dispenser was empty • Toilet: toilet barely flushed and was an unpleasant experience • AC: present but not working • Friendly Service: not so friendly

Property located close to the highway. Was a conveniently located stop after our 12 hour drive. There were other options that were less expensive, however, as we needed a good night sleep we opted to stay here at 2x the price to ensure we were comfortable and had a great night sleep to resume our travels. Liked: • Protected Parking: though this was full and unavailable. • Breakfast Included: convenient to be in & out and drive on. It was not a “wow” breakfast but did have the basics. • Location: right off the highway, close to supermarket. • Parking: (Not thanks to the hotel personnel) but we did manage to figure out we could park on the street for minimal cost. • Sleep: Despite the AC not working, we did get a good night sleep, the property was quiet and we were not disturbed.
