The buffet for breakfast gets very busy and there aren’t enough seats for everyone. Felt very chaotic. We asked about parking at the hotel but on our way down we found out that in January France had changed the laws about driving in the city. When speaking to the hotel previously about parking it would have been great if they had told us about this, especially considering it was a new law. We had to park at the airport and then get a taxi to the hotel.

Great location, lovely friendly staff, rooms were nice and clean. Beds very comfortable.

Broken down lift causing delays going up and down the floors.

Very noisy, there is a sport bar in the lower floors, it was until midnight loud. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were very bad.no other choice for eggs.other food at breakfast was simple, but ok.

We had to wait to get a table for breakfast. It was actually strange, because there were many tables, but they were all occupied. Even so, the hotel staff were very helpful to avoid chaos and mayhem.

Good breakfast in quantity and quality. Very near a metro station (Riquet. Line 7). The hotel has not a restaurant, but in front of it there are several places to eat (Our favourite was a takeaway sushi place). Confortable parking, with many places to park the car.

No ventilation in the bathroom the heat was on they couldn't help us turn it off it was hot outside. . We booked for 3 people they gave us a pull out couch and a twin bed we asked to change they said all the rooms are like that. Not space to walk in the room

The pillows are small and not very comfortable, we could hear the sounds of the street pretty well and we were at the fifth floor. There was a very unpleasant smell in the corridor by the elevator which probably came from the bin, but I admit we didn't bother telling the staff as we were there for such a short time. Also, we found the breakfast room really small and crowded so very noisy.

The location was excellent for the purpose of our visit which was to go to a concert at Le Zenith. It is also close to the subway and the view on the Canal de la Villette is really nice. The hotel is nice-looking, the staff is very nice as well and the room was enough for one night with our kids. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Nice situation by the canal, and in what seemed like a nice inner Paris community. Close to public transport links.

We requested an extra pillow for my sons pull out bed but were told there was none?

Staff were really friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was comfortable. Parking facilities, although expensive, were convenient and safe. Location by the canal was lovely with easy access to all the main tourist sites in Paris.

The rooms were a bit hot and noisy at night. Turned out there was a bar at one end of the hotel.

Central location and close to metro station. Lots of supermarkets nearby and restaurants too. Lots of choices for breakfast and not too crowded.

I had an online work meeting and needed fast and stable Wifi for that. The Wifi was excellent. Requested a quiet room and that is what I got. Very happy with everything.

The toilets weren’t great . Could be better . No bottled water was kept in the room .

Breakfast was quite good but since we stayed for 5 days , it was monotonous as it was not changed . Location super with good view of the canal . Very close to the metro Riquet which was a brisk 5 min walk . Quite a good neighbourhood too .
