We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Decent value breakfast in spacious bright room with outdoor space. Private underground secure parking with direct access into hotel very welcome. Whole hotel clean and modern.

The rooms are very large with a sofa and bureau. The rooms have a decently sized closet. The bathroom is large, clean and even has a window (always appreciated since it avoids mold problems). The hotel has a large restaurant and even a swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking at the hotel.
