Very clean, older style rooms but cosy and super located specially when visiting Chateaux Chantilly. Very nice personal and very good food in the restaurant. Definitely can recommend this hotel.

The location, at the river Oise, is perfect. The owner and staff are very friendly, and there's a good restaurant to have dinner outside - if the weather permits - on a terrace near the water.

Very beautiful and quiet location, some rooms have a wonderful view on the river. This was exactly what we were looking for and we were not disappointed, we would certainly return there. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast nice, and the hosts welcoming, what else could we wish for!

The location was amazing. We had a wonderful apartment after a really long drive, so plenty of space to stretch our legs and relax. The staff were really helpful and polite and went to the bother of setting up a table, despite being full so we could have dinner. They also made sure our dog had water. Would definitely recommend.

Wi-fi was poor and repeatedly dropped. Had problems with the DNS set up as it corrupted my phone and laptop. Had to spend time reconfiguring everything!

Location was very nice - next to the river! Service in the restaurant at dinner was excellent!! Food was good. Appartment was spacious and clean!

The only issue was the rooms, which were a bit tired and needed upgrading, but that is all!

The location is excellent and all the staff we met were really lovely. What made our stay more memorable was the friendliness, professionalism and service from the staff we encountered. The breakfast choice was excellent and great value for money. There is a restaurant on site and we really pleased that we experienced the food and service provided, as it was outstanding. Jerome and his front of house staff, Jesse and Ira, were faultless and they matched any 5 star service we have come across. Jesse and Ira never stop smiling and lit up every space they were in. Jerome seems to be a great mentor to them and there is a great mutual respect and team work, as a result. It seems that the hotel has great management and the whole team work hard to accommodate their guests. There is secure, gated, parking adjacent to the property and great choice of walks behind and adjacent to the location, which was great for us to go with our dog - who was also given a great reception! Overall, I would totally recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation in returning.

We have stayed here a number of times over the past ten years or more. It is a lovely property in a delightful setting and we always enjoy our stays. They have done a lot to maintain and upgrade the property in recent years and our room was beautifully redecorated. The rooms are a good size with a good shower and bathroom. The beds very comfortable with nice white bedding. The breakfast is very good and can be eaten outside on the terrace in the warmer weather. We will be back I am sure.
