We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaLovely robes and slippers. Nice very clean bathroom. This hotel location was centrally located to many sites and activities that we enjoyed. It is a very old building, historic and is the area of Uzes. Bus transportation to major surrounding areas was convenient.

FranceNothing I can think of. The charm of the town is that the Marie does not allow any modern food stores in the city limits, which is perfectly understandable. So you have to rely on the numerous cafes for a snack
The breakfast was very good, more than one needed. The Manager was more than helpful in directing me to a car park, and the 24 hour charge was, I thought, reasonable. Uzes is a beautiful medieval city, with some exceptional restaurants. I will certainly return.

Returned after 7 years . Fabulous location and enjoyed staying in the apartment. Even though it was a spiral staircase wasn’t a problem as another set of stairs allowed bags to be taken up . The apartment is beautifully furnished and only wish we could have stayed longer . They delivered a delicious breakfast to us each morning and one evening had a magnificent dinner with friends on the terrace . Owners were so friendly and helpful and hope we can return in the future.

Beautiful location, beautifully furnished with incredible art everywhere, with the most authentic French breakfast 'ever'!.A true gem in Uzes. Also easy to get to with the car for unloading baggage etc. Plenty of safe parking nearby. And if the owners could afford a little wider smile at times, then it would be 101/100. We'll return in any case, even if just to say hello to the delightful house Dalmatian Polo.

Dining on main level in the hotel and also on rooftop ( elevator accessible )and our meals were fantastic with good wine. . There is a bakery right across the road and you could smell the goods being baked early in the morn.
