We had room facing the road side. The road is quite busy even during the night so it was rather noisy during the night

Public transport is located 2 minutes away from the hotel.

The breakfast is too late and not compatible with work hours. You have to call to find someone because the reception is empty/closed most of the time

The hotel is super quiet and beautiful. I have never slept better. The bathroom is nice and features a nice bath tub

The pillow covers were not well dried and not very much comfortable. The toilet smell a little in the room. If these were improved, rooms would be also wonderful.

The restaurant was magnificent. The dishes by the chef and his team were more than fantastic. Everything was so delicious and we really enjoyed our dinner very much. The wines came along with the dinner were also wonderful with nice marriage. The staff members were kind. We communicated via email (in English) and the responses were quick. We would like to come back.

The carpet in the bedroom needed a hoover and the room was extremely small.

The bathroom had good water pressure & the breakfast was good. We had our evening meal in the more expensive restaurant which was delicious, although strangely lacking in a wine bottle being left on the table.

The surroundings, approaching along the main road, are somewhat surprising because ,I imagine, commercial development took place much later than the hotel having been built, & effectively half surrounded the hotel. However, as far as I could tell there is little housing development nearby & this, at least statistically, is reassuring.

This hotel has a superb dining room & kitchen. The cooking was really first class & beautifully presented. The wine we drank was from the cave of the owner of the hotel & matched the food perfectly. It is all very good value for the money. Furthermore, it is sited less than a minute from the railway station that gives direct access to Strasbourg centre which means for those travelling by car, easy parking opposite the hotel & trouble-free visiting, from this point of view, to the city. For anyone visiting Strasbourg as a tourist this would be a clever and wise choice

    Nothing.

Second time I have stayed hear, standards appear to be high. Staff on each occasion very pleasant. Unable to use the the restaurant as closed on Mondays, but again I believe it is of a high standard. Will use it if possible in the future. Room clean & more than sufficient.

    Nothing.

Room was comfortable & quiet. Breakfast was more than adequate. On arriving another guest who had stayed before remarked hotel was good. He was right. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed on Monday evenings. I would consider it worth trying in the future.

    - location still close to a very busy road (windows wouldn't absorb the noise) - extra shower facilities(!), but buttons to operate hardly readable, and no user manual (while there was a lengthy one for the safe e.g.)

    - the possibility to stay in the same place where we had a very good dinner - air conditioning

The location was awful and from the car park you have to walk down a small corridor past the kitchen to reception. We certainly would not recommend this hotel

The bedroom was ver modern but ver y comfortable bed and lovely bed linen.
