Temperature regulation is not automatic for the heater. There is no exhaust in the bathroom. Humidity accumulates in the room due to this. This makes it necessary to open the windows in the morning to regulate the temperature.

Great location. Clean room. Great value for money.

Breakfast was ok but basic. Overall price for money was fair. One person bedroom was rather small and the bathroom as well.

location is good when you travel by train, the hotel is in front of the railwaystation. cleanliness of the room was very good , think it was repainted recently. good service i could leave my luggage and pick it up afterwards.

    - Elevator useful only for some of the rooms - if you have room across the hall, you need to drag your luggage through the few stairs (my 20 kg luggage was quite "nice" workout for me). - The doors of the bathroom was not isolating at all...I was travelling with my work colleague and i was not very comfortable to use WC without TV turned on loudly :)

    - Perfect location (few steps from the train station) - The receptionist was super nice and helpful :) - Nice and clean rooms, comfortable bed.

    The bedroom was relatively small.

The hotel was clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there were 2 pillows per person. Our bedroom faced the street and there was a sound-proof double window, so no noise issue at night. The breakfast was good with enough variety: coffee, hot chocolate, juices, fresh bread, mini-croissants, fruits, yogurt, etc.

    - curtains too thin, the light woke us up early in the morning - sheets felt like plastic and were coming out during the night - the sliding bathroom door didn't shut down, no privacy at all! - a light bulb was flickering

Helpful staff helped store our bikes that we arrived on during a bike tour. We arrived late, but they were welcoming and advised us of where to eat locally and assisted us with a broken phone charger replacement. Nice breakfast.

I stayed in a room on the highest floor with no internet. The walls are pretty thin and I could hear my neighbors. There is a lift in the property, however, if you are a single lady with heavy suitcases, be aware that you will have to navigate the stairs on this floor.

The reception can be crowded if you arrive at bad timing. After my train arrived at the station I walked fast to go to hotel so I was the first at the reception and had no problem, but there were 4 people behind me queuing.

It is located literally in front of the main train station and close to the histrical center(5-10min walk) so the location is very handy, and they don't rest on there laurels of good location--the rooms has also a good standard. Cosy and clean, a good sized room with a desk with power point nearby, correctly working wifi. A nice small functional hotel with no frill. Good value for money. They have also a kind of room service(snack, drink) and I think it is good idea, although I didn't have a chance to use it.

We had a nice large room but to get to it from the lift (elevator) you had to go down a few stairs and up a few stairs, a strange junction of two sets of stairs joining into one. Other smaller rooms don't have to traverse this obstacle. It's a small hindrance if you are fit but something to be aware of if you have large heavy suitcases as we did. Don't let this put you off because otherwise the hotel is brilliant.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The bed was comfortable and the shower was the best I have experienced in many hotels in France and Spain. The location for us was excellent, just opposite the SNCF rail station and bus station and very close to a tram to the city proper. Overall fabulous and great value.
