Excellent staff- helpful and available 24 hours. Great breakfast for extra cost but value for money. Our room was small but we expected that and was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is great. The staff are wonderful. The room was clean and tidy, but the bed was very small. It makes sense for the space but was a bit tight for two people.

The room we got was a little small. The walls/door to the room were very thin and you could hear any/all movement in the neighbouring rooms.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and most helpful. The hotel location is very accessible to metros, walk to city center and plenty of options for food within a 5-10minute walk.

Unfortunately during our stay the air conditioner was out of order and il was a bit hot in the night even if the hotel provided us with a fan. Suggested to bring with you a hair dryer if you have long air because the one of the hotel is not so powerful.

Very good position near to metro 13. Adapt to people who are used to walking and moving with public transport.

When I checked in, the hotel informed me that the air conditioner was broken, and the air conditioner in all the rooms are not working. That night I went to read other people's reviews and known that the air conditioning had been broken for a long time. I think the hotel should inform the guest in advance that the air conditioning is not available or should not show that hotel provide air conditioning on the hotel booking page. Secondly, the bathroom of the room is very small, and there is no exhaust fan, resulting in very hot. Third, the hair dryer is very hot and not easy to use. Fourthly, we stayed for several days in here. When I went out during the day, the reception asked me to leave my room card at the front desk, saying that I wanted to know whether the guest was in the room, which made me unable to understand and did not inform me of this matter at the time of check-in, so I refused to leave my room card. The reception threatened me and said that I need to pay a deposit, but I still did not leave my room card. Because the front desk kept the room card in an open cabinet in the front desk area, I thought it was not safe. Finally, the reception asked me to provide my room number and let me leave. Fifth, on the night of check-in, the front desk asked me to provide the credit card for payment. I did not know why at that time, but later I thought that this was not a normal procedure, so I locked the credit card.

The concierge ask me for my ID and credit card when I arrived. As I had already paid, I ask why he needed my credit card. He got immediately (passive) aggressive and told me it would be for a guarantee in case I damage something. He took a foto? Did sth with it where I could not see it. It was not part of the payment description and also other hotels I have been to in Paris never asked additionally for my credit card. I blocked the card then afterwards to prevent abuse.

The size of the room but mostly the size of the bathroom and shower were not adequate. Very difficult to take a shower in space so small. No room for toiletries on sink. Shower pan leaked onto floor.

As many of the other hotels in Paris I find it a bit overpriced. But if you catch a good deal don't hesitate to stay here

The hotel is good located - 1 minute to metro station Pernety and 10 minutes to Montparnas station, the area is calm and safe. Room was small but very nice, with beautiful city view and comfortable bed. Welcoming staff and very good breakfast
