Bathroom: Room 34 - the plug didn't work in the bath

The description said there would have been a kettle to make tea in the room, but there wasn't.

The hotel is very well located, Batignolles is a very lively and pictoresque neighborhood. I was disappointed by the fact that there was no tea maker in the room (despite it said so in the description), but all in all the staff was kind and the hotel was comfortable, the (small) room incredibly clean (!!!) and most of all the street and the neighborhood were too nice to stay disappointed.

Perfect for a short-stay in Paris. Clean room, and friendly staff. Really good breakfast. They offer parking (payed), but it's 10 minutes walking from the hotel.

In the second day, after the towel changing, we only received one big towel. The next morning I asked the receptionist to bring us a second towel (we were two persons), but in the evening we found in the room just a single new one.

The room is big enough to sleep when you travel for visiting Paris. The bathroom is clean and spacious. I can`t say anything about the breakfast because we didn`t choose one. I had a problem with the card pre-authorization because it was done twice and I had to call my bank in order to release the amount of money blocked, but overall the hotel is nice and it has two big advantages - the window view and it is very near to a metro station and at 40 minutes walk from the city center.

The size of the bathroom I experienced was small, (twin room) could hardly move around, shower had enough space to do what you got to do.

The location was great and easy to find. The beds and pillows are comfy. The room was nice temperature during cold weather. Shower temperature was nice and warm. The staff was friendly.

The room size was abit small

The hotel is 4 minutes walk from metro station. The street view from my room was fantastic. All staff were really friendly and willing to help. Great value for money

The rooms are tiny by enough for me, it has no elevator.

It is close to everything, walking distance from Opera and St. Lazare, couple of stops away from Champs Elysee.

Only 1 large towel a day was given even though we were two persons. The elevator is very small, so not recommended for using it with a lot of luggage or for persons who are overweight,

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a couple of minutes' walk from the metro stop 'Rome' and within walking distance of the charming Montmartre neighbourhood. The room was clean and the bathroom was suitable for our short trip too. The receptionists were also very helpful.

A comfortable hotel room, enough space for 2 tourists who didn't spend much time inside, but good for relaxation and convenient, warm and clean, designed to provide us with a pleasant and restful experience during our stay here.

Breakfast could have a few more options, given its price. On the day of my arrival, one of the towels had a stain on it.

Excellent location: well connected to public transport, nice and safe neighbourhood, plenty of restaurants around. Very nice and helpful staff. Lovely bedroom.

Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room although there was one downstairs available to use. Toilet flush in my room was very powerful and splashed water everywhere. Room was very small, but price was very reasonable so can't really complain.

Friendly staff, very comfy bed, good breakfast and excellent area to stay in, close to shops and restaurants but room was surprisingly quiet at night. Air conditioning unit was helpful in v hot weather.

Unfortunately the rooms are really small , it feels like for 2 people was like in the cage.

The stuff was really friendly , very nice restaurants was around the area of the hotel . The rooms are clean and fresh every day.
