Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.Read more– opens a dialog box
Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This allows us to verify that our reviews come from real guests like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or their comfortable room than someone who’s stayed at the property?
We want you to share your story, with both the good and the not-so-good. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinions and experiences, which is critical in helping guests make informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, so we treat them with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full, as quickly as possible, after it's moderated to comply with Booking.com guidelines. We'll also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.
After a review has been submitted, you can modify it by contacting Booking.com customer service.
We'll use the same guidelines and standards for all user-generated content, and for the property responses to that content.
We'll allow the contributions to speak for themselves, and we won’t be the judge of reality. Booking.com’s role is to be a feedback distributor for both guests and properties.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).End of dialog content

Room cleanliness wasn't brilliant, and the room fittings showed substantial wear and tear, to the extent that the room could be described as 'shabby'. The fridge freezer had defrosted, leaving a large puddle of water for us to clear up. The room air-freshener was overpowering.
Location was good, with a lovely village centre a short stroll away. The local retail park has McDonalds, supermarket, petrol station, etc. The views are impressive. Beds were comfy.

Good location for a stopover to the Dordogne. Room was basic but clean. We arrived late but great communication giving us to the code to enter. Continental breakfast very good service topping up tea coffee and fruit juice. Hot chocolate offered for my daughter. Would definetly recommend.

The hotel was adequate for a one night stay but the in room facilities were very limited and tired. The grounds were poorly maintained and facilities - seats and tables - were shabby and in need of cleaning. Overall the hotel which could easily be an excellent location appeared untidy and in need of attention.
The hotel was adequate for a one night stay. The grounds were ideally located with excellent views over Rouen. The space was ideal for our pet dog.

Relaxed and welcoming with all that I needed. The semi-rural location helps unwinding at the end of the day. The enclosed property felt safe and secure at night.

The place had a generally shabby appearance. The room description on Booking.com said the room was carpeted (it was a laminate floor) and that there was a hairdryer and kettle, but didn't have either. The bathroom heater was only loosely attached to the wall. The room did have a roller shutter, but the absence of a curtain on the rail gave the room an austere feel. The bed was very firm with limited bedding. Other minor comments - the room was supposed to have a view, but the view from the window was of the parking area (although most of the time we were there it was dark), and there was supposed to be a phone in the room but there wasn't.
Breakfast was ok for the price - good viennoiseries.

Room a bit scruffy. Breakfast very limited, Tea made with lukewarm water. No evening meal on site or nearby, or within walking distance. Not good value. Convenient first stop after Dieppe ferry
Conveniently near Dieppe ferry terminal. Pleasantly rural.

We arrived very late and it was very dark with fairly rough ground so I was not easy to find rooms. Some signs would have helped.
We are arrived very late due to problems at the euro tunnel. The staff were extremely helpful in making arrangements for late booking.

Very friendly owner and a great location for a 1 night stop from Caen to Lyon. I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. Our 2 young children had to sleep in our bed as their sleeping area, upstairs, was so hot! But it was the first night of our holiday and our bed was big enough, so all in all, it was fine! Basic amenities but all clean and a lovely view from the door and outdoor eating area. Quiet location too.

We stayed here as a stop off on the way to the tunnel. It was really close to the motorway and also amenities in a nearby shopping area which was useful for dinner. It was by far the cheapest place we stayed and security gates on arrival were a bit off putting. But it turned out to be just what we needed and woman who runs it was lovely. I'd recommend this for a no frills easy stopover with good breakfast.

Difficulty on arrival entering the site due to security gate being locked and unable to contact any staff. The area is run down, flower pots with dead flowers, decor of room shabby and very, very basic.
Very friendly owner. Good strength of wi-fi. Site was secure, including parking.

It is a little bit worn but this is not really a problem since it is kept clean.
Very nice location. Friendly and helpful staff. We needed to ring in advance to arrange something and they were very helpful. The rooms have microwave, fridge and tv. We were able to sit outside our room in the sunshine at the table provided and relax before setting off again. Perfect for our needs.
