Overall it was excellent, but I would say our twin room was a little small. I would have preferred a separate shower rather than over the bath.

The central location, the very friendly staff, breakfast was very good, bedroom windows that opened onto the street rather than a yard as some hotel windows do.

The bathroom is highly unsafe for any senior. No safety bars of any sort. No place to hang towels and extremely slick floors and tub. The towels were old, thin and dingy looking. Additionally, one of the front desk staff was coughing and sneezing the entire time of our stay. So unsanitary for the rest of us paying a lot of money to enjoy a healthy stay.

This is not a 4 star hotel - it is a 3 star. The rooms are a little dated. They are also small. The location is not bad - OK location.

The people at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. There was a gentleman (I wish I knew his name) that looked like he did everything. He was extremely helpful when we checked in, taking our bags and doing everything he could to make us comfortable after a long flight. He helped us get settled for breakfast and was very kind. Breakfast was OK, but he was great! They also have a bar which is convenient. The location is good - not great. Close to the Louvre area.

Very comfortable big bed, hot showers, very clean, lots of surface space to put things (room and bathroom). Loved our balcony room, felt very Parisian. Warm, friendly and very helpful staff inc 24hr reception, dining and housekeeping. Ability to have an Express Breakfast very handy. Location is excellent: cafes, restaurants, buses and Hop-on Hop-off Bus just around the corner. Great to have a bar and lounge to unwind at the end of busy sightseeing days :)

The kettle in the room has such a short cable you have to have it on the floor to plug it in. This is a very minor issue and lots of Paris hotels have no kettle at all.

A quiet street in the center of all we wanted to see! Staff was gracious, kind, and informative, especially Sandra! Breakfast was good with a great selection of delicious breads and cheese.

Shower system in the bath not good as no curtain to pull across so water goes everywhere however careful you are. Ended up wiping down the floor. Also, the bathroom door leads right off the bedroom, rather than a door by the main room door, so the person with the bed on that side is very close to the bathroom door. Just not very pleasant being this close.

The location was excellent. The look of the hotel was what attracted me - traditional style Parisian architecture. Clean and very nice inside.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Our room was at the back side, it was dark and gloomy — they couldn’t help for the first night, but the following day they upgraded us to a room on the upper floor. Location was fantastic!

Great location close to the the Louvre. The bar has a small but good menu and there is a small breakfast buffet available in the morning. Filtered water is available on site as well.

The size of the room was good, larger than what we used to get in Paris. The location is very good with nice restaurants, just a cross the street The lobby is very nice.with very good service We recommend this hotel for everyone that comes to Paris
