We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

You can't stay at a better location than this. Every room has an Old Port view of the Notre Dame Basilica. The Balsilica of Notre Dame, Beach, Napoleans Palace, the Soap Museum, Longchamp Palace, Le Panier district, Cathedral La Major, Muce, Fort Sant-Jean and restaurants are all within walking distance. The staff is welcoming, personable, and very informational. I recommend this hotel for all travelers who want to have a safe, beautiful, and relaxing holiday getaway.
