Susana, on reception, was a treasure, so helpful. Charming and friendly. The hotel is very close to the station St Lazarre which is very convenient for those travelling on to Normandy etc.

The property is amazing. The rooms are on the smaller side. Perfect if you’re not traveling with a lot of baggage or need a whole lot of space.

IF I had to complain about something, the elevator was sooo slow and the bathroom had a hint of an mold odor. But nothing much.

Even though the room was small, everything was clean, staff kind and helpful and breakfast really good. And the location was perfect - a short walk to Saint lazare station that has metros going all over. And only 10 minute walk to where the bus takes you to Charles de Gaulle airport.

1: staff, lovely friendly, helpful staff. 2: location, you can use public transport but we walked everywhere. Lucky the weather was stunning. Feb/march. We were blessed. Walking distance from all attractions. Wear decent trainers!! 3: Rooms are perfect, compact but exactly what we needed. Beautiful shower room. 4: Back to staff…. Loved the attention to the client. They managed to get in contact and organize a surprise bouquet of roses for my partner. All at a very reasonable price and of great quality! We also managed to get a free upgrade for a room with a little balcony that we enjoyed very much despite the cold winter weather. The possibility to see the Tour Eiffel (just the higher end) from the balcony was a special effect for the coming back to our room routine.

1. Very narrow and small corridor, yet a large trolley with sanitary products was left on our floor the whole time we were there and it was inconvenient to walk to your room, carry your suitcases through. 2. We booked a taxi to go to the airport. As this is not the first time we have used this service, we knew the official charge was 65 euros. However, the receptionist did not order an official taxi for us, but some private driver who charged us 80 euros. Not very pleasant.

The hotel is small, decorated in a modern style, situated in a quiet location close to the places we wanted to visit. The room is comfortable, small and clean, we were given a room with a balcony which also had a view of the Eiffel Tower. Used the sauna as well, very small but quite suitable for a short rest. Breakfast is usual as in hotels of this class, fresh and tasty pastries. We stayed for one night due to a flight out, so we were fine with everything.

Guys, if you a looking for a romantic place to surprise your second half - that's the place. View is fantastic, on arrival you can drink champagne sitting outside at the balcony and looking at the Paris roofs and Eiffel Tower. And stuff is really awesome and helpful.

Beds were rather small even for me who is average height. If you are tall like 190cm+ than you will not fit in this bed. Also the beds were quite firm/hard so I could not get comfortable to sleep. The bathroom is also rather small but that is on me for not checking the room size (which is 12 m2) in my case so the bathroom cannot be bigger than this.

Breakfast was very nice. Location is really close to the main train station but you could also walk to most places of interest by foot.
