The stuff - client communication is not at it best. You feel like you own to them to stay in the hotel. The spa is not a spa. It is extremely small, and just made to put “spa” on the hotels name. We went there and it was not even working.

The Deluxe displayed on booking.com was not the same we were booked in. They have different layout. Would be wise to display all the layouts so that the client does not get surprises.

The staff is extremely polite, welcoming and helpful. When we arrived I did not like the room layout for the Deluxe. We explained the situation to the person in charge at the reception and without delay they fixed a Suite “la suite rouge” for us.

The only thing that I felt was missing in the room was a kettle for hot beverages.

Location is brilliant walking distance from many amenities. Hotel is quiet, clean and my room was more spacious than average. The breakfast was excellent, lovely scrambled eggs, fresh pastries and baguettes and also a Nespresso coffee station for my favourite morning espresso.

The rooms were generally clean. However, deep cleaning of the rooms could be a little better.

Getting to the hotel is very easy by metro and train. Although the rooms are small, they are beautifully designed. In the comments of previous guests, there were opinions that the water pressure was insufficient. There was no such problem in the room we stayed in. In fact, we really liked the size and comfort of the bathroom and toilet. The beds were comfortable.

They offer a spa, pool that actually can only be used in specific time slots not specified before booking in advance. If I were to know that in our 4 night stay in Paris we were not going to be able to go to the spa I would have booked another hotel for sure! First day had Molin Rouge Second Opera Third we got to the hotel at 615pm and could only use it until 530pm without reservation! Forth day was Monday and it is closed for maintenance! It was a bummer for my sister and I. Thank God we found a Thai massage place around the corner and went there.

The location is excellent. Near to everything and felt like we were locals.

It was boiling hot in the room at night in spite of us turning down the thermostat. One of the pillows could have been softer Bedroom could have been a bit bigger. Bit more drawer storage for clothes.

The location, boutique style, helpful reception, high standard of cleanliness, room with a bath, toiletries, bottle of Vittel. Also, almost everything in the room operated quietly and it was quiet when we walked on the floor. We didn't have any food at the hotel, inc breakfast, so can't comment.

Very noisy room facing the street. Difficult to sleep before 1am as there is a bar below the hotel and you can hear every noise.

Thanks to the reception staff and all the other employees, of course, our stay was very comfortable. Location is great, breakfasts are very good indeed. The hotel is well decorated and looks very charming. Recommended:).

Shower not great and leaked on the floor

Connecting a device to the screen was near-impossible. We had to go out and buy an hdmi cable because the hotel wireless connection service did not work. Wasted frustrating hours trying to get this to work, despite the best effortd of staff who tried to find am hdmi cable for us. The shower was ok, but could have bedn better. Also couldn't find the card telling us how to use the internal telephone system.

Really stylish. Absolutely excellent staff with a great attitude and willing to do all they could to help. Great location with a cool, relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable bed and well thought-out bedroom layout which compensated well for a small room

No kettle or tea making facilities in the room.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Aircon was brilliant. We had breakfast each day at a local bakery less than a minutes walk from the hotel, fantastic pastries.

There was a construction work in front of the hotel which was a bit noisy. Luckily they did not start before 8 am.

Nice and clean hotel with a walking distance from champs elysees and gallerie lafayette. Pretty spacey room (deluxe for three persons) compared with the normal size in Paris.
