    Everything

The bed linen did not fit the beds especially the bunk beds. The shower did not fit to the wall as the were hanging off and the power was poor. The cleanliness was bet poor the flooring had bits missing really terrible. Breakfast at an additional 5 euros per person was also poor no bowls for the cereal no plates for the croissants Really bad

It was hot and it was very hot in the rooms. No airco; very small windows do not allow for proper airing of the room. Mezzanine beds not comfortable for adults.

It was relatively close to Taize and very good price-quality ratio.

Hotel so close to the highway that you cannot even open the window to get some fresh air because is too noisy. You cannot entirely close the curtain shower so the bathroom ends up flooded. Only one plug in the whole room, no plugs in the bathroom. Check out is at 11h30 whereas in the majority of hotels is at 12h. The reception closes from 12h to 17h.

The owner invited us to croissants in the morning.

Can think of nothing that would have been better for the price. Good value all round.

Excellent locatioin just a few Minutes from the A6 AutoRoute de Soliel and easy to find. Follow exit 29 Macon Sud. Gave a very good break after a full days driving from the north. Staff very helpful and breakfast typically French. 15% discount on good meal at Courtpaille just across the road for evening dinner.

No reception staff. No one to help with booking in. No information re surroundings. No shops or cafes or places to eat near by. Hotel in the middle of abandoned industrial estate. No ventilation in room. Bedding had a stale smell stank of drains from bathroom. Attempted to open widow to ventilate but smell too strong. Left the room after only two hours. Unable to stay the night due to smell noise from other rooms. Could hear others conversation and tv constantly due to thin walls. Claustrophobic very small room. A complete waist off money and time. No reply after contacting customer services on my return home. Disgusting.!!

    Nothing.

Price is too high for the room like this. It looks like a cabin on ferry boat. Maybe in France it is completely normal to have only muffin and coffee on breakfast but it was the actual deal there. And absence of aircon was a terrible experience with temperatures and humidity which appear before thunderstorms.

    Friendly reception

The staff were superb. I had arrived on a cycle as part of a cycling tour through France and the receptionist insisted on bringing my bike into her office which already had 2 bikes in it. The room was fine, free wifi a tv and a small bathroom but it did me nicely.

One room had small but of mould/dampness but everything else was spotless.

Good location (near a buffalo Grill!). Good rooms, and with en suite wc/shower rooms and connecting hallway between 2 rooms for a family of 5. V quiet too.
