The lack of fridge and kettle was a problem. The winding stairs made ascent and descent difficult for my wife on crutches

The manager was very kind. My wife fell on the cobbled street of Paris and injured her leg, so needed crutches. We were helped greatly by the kindness of the manager

Hotel Beaunier is a tiny Parisian hotel in a very nice neighbourhood. A French hotel as they used to be decades ago, which makes it quite charming. It’s a bit worn down, but exceptionally clean. The hosts are very friendly.

Pascal was very courteous and friendly and helped us out no end with where to go and what metro and bus to catch, would definitely stay again and we both had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the time in Paris

- very close to subway(5 minutes walk) - restaurants & shops around - the receptionist was very kind,welcoming and nice - TV with Canal+ & Canal Foot( we could watch Champions & Europa League) - spacious beds and clean sheet

Although the general room size was good the bathroom was very small and my husband is 6ft4 so he struggled with it a little bit.

Location was amazing was so close metro and bus. Plus nice restaurants and supermarkets a short walk away. The manager was helpful and always friendly.

The location was excellent, close to metro stations and restaurants. If you read the information carefully before booking you know what you are getting, a value stay in a good location with a very helpful and friendly host. What you aren't getting is a high class high spec hotel, but then you weren't paying those prices. we would recommend this place for a budget stay.

The bathroom door didn't close in our room

Very convenient for a night in Paris if you are heading back from Gare Du Nord. The owner was very friendly and helpful and kept our luggage in the morning while we explored the area. The neighbourhood has several nice shops/ restaurants and cafés. The room was basic but clean and comfortable and the shower is strong.

Not a complaint, just an opinion: the bathroom was very small but the room was perfectly cozy and clean.

The room was a little bit warm but not really a problem.

The surrounding neighbourhood for this small hotel was a very pleasant surprise, and one we would probably not have discovered if not living here. It's feels genuinly Parisian but not touristy, has a great selection of restaurants/cafes/stores etc in the area which are used mostly by locals. There is also a nice and large green park nearby. Room we choose was very small but clean and there was an also small but nice little yard outside.

The door didn't close properly to the bathroom, would have been nice to have air conditioning. Overall though - was great for the price we paid.

There is no air conditioner. Our room was in the 1st floor and faces the street, we need to close the window during sleep, so it’s a little bit hot.

The location is pretty good, very close to the metro station. They don’t provide breakfast.

The room was quite basic but that was to be expected for the price. It was still comfortable and had everything we needed so we were happy, just don't expect luxury.

Location was great, right next to the metro and easy to get to from CDG airport on the train. The owner was really nice and the service was great. Room was comfortable, quiet and had all the amenities we needed. Close to some nice authentic restaurants. We had breakfast on a couple of the days we were there and it was really nice and good value. Overall, value for money was great.
