The rooms on the ground floor were without cool air ventilation and very hot. Someone put the temperature on 30 degree. A night receptionist dit not let us open the windows, so the first night was terrible. Then we succeeded to move to an upper floor and this was very pleasant. Be aware that WiFi is not good there…

A day receptionist was super nice, thanks a lot for his kind help! Nice area, very central, with many restaurants, etc. location is excellent! The rooms on upper floors are nice.

The fixture you use to hold the shower wand was broken. You always had to hold the shower wand.

Disappointed with the room as it was nothing like the photos. They might go through room renovations but not this one.

There was NO WiFi for guests and the hotel advertises free WiFi. Therefore we could not book “Skip the Line” tickets. This caused a lot of wasted time.

We stayed a week. It was very convenient to Montparnasse and two Metros. We enjoyed the front desk staff very much. One alerted us about the train shutdown from Paris to Milan We had to change routes on account of the avalanche.

The curtains do not cover all the light from coming into the room in the morning, but other than that no complaints.

The location was very convenient and the bed was comfy. Staff was gentle and they took care of cleaning even when we woke up super late.

The smallest shower & toilet in the world, even for someone of 5ft 1 but other rooms are bettet I don' tusually have breakfast there as room is in basement & gets very cramped. Not luxurious but I really like thus hotel

They found me a room at a reasonable price when all tbe rooms around were booked up & prices doubled because if the rugby - it was rudimentary but OK for one night - love this hotel for its location on small square a short walk from Montparnasse & friendly receptionists- feel very at home & safe after coming for pier 30 years & great when an older lady on ypur own

The rooms have all you need, but maybe a few more touches could take it from basic to charming. Walls are a little thin--you can definitely hear the cleaning staff in the morning.

Location is very good, close to Montparnasse main station as well as Edgar Quinet. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. For the price, it's great for the budget traveler going to Paris.

Nothing we didn’t really not like.

The hotel was comfortable, situated in a great location with three metro lines close by. Lots of restaurants, bars and entertainment within easy walking distance and a Monoprix department store almost opposite.

There was no wifi the day we stayed. Shower water could have been warmer. The breakfast needs improvement: better cereal and tea selection., some more fruit and some alternative milk. Staff at counter could be a little nicer/ warmer and showing they care.

No AC, it was extremely hot in the room, and the wifi only works in the lobby.

The location is nice, it is a bit far from the centre by walk, but fast with taxi or metro. It was great for a short stay, but beware that there is no AC and the wifi doesn’t work in the rooms.

The bathroom was very small. I’m only around 160 cm and it was a pretty tight fit. I saw some other guests who were taller so I have to assume they had bigger bathrooms!

Very clean, the rooms seem to have been recently built. The location was brilliant - I needed to be near Montparnasse station for my train the next morning and am always a bit anxious about hotels near a main station - but this was great. I had dinner at the restaurant next door, I think it was called Gaité - great food and a great atmosphere and the whole area was buzzing. But when I got back to my room on the 4th floor, facing a courtyard, it was so quiet which was surprising.
