Furniture in the bedroom was a bit shabby. Road was noisy but there was double glazing so it was quiet when the window was shut

Staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast room was nice and included outside terrace for warmer weather. Good location for gare de Lyon. Cheerful area with lots of students around and places to eat.

Room was very cramped with old wooden beams (attic ,style) which, while they were aesthetically interesting, were a hazard. Banged my head on one and I'm not tall. Also the shower was in a tub with quite a high side which would be challenging for many seniors

As opposed to the common area which looks super modern and newly renowated, the rooms look tired and could do with a lick of paint. The room had old fashion radiator and not AC so it was nice and warm in February but I’m not sure how it would be in the summer.

The hotel is just by Bercy metro station, line 6 which is super easy to get to the centre of Paris (and straight to Trocadero without any changes if you want to see the Eiffel Tower sparkling in the evening) The staff was extremly nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh croissants and good coffee, baguettes, cheese etc. It was very satisfying. The bed was very comfortable and the room was warm.

The hotel was very good for the price. The metro is right outside the door, which goes directly to the Eiffel Tower. The check-in and parking of the car was uncomplicated. I also liked the breakfast. The room was fine, but a socket in the bathroom and next to the bed would have been an advantage. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

For what we needed the room for nothing, it was clean and comfortable

We arrived very late and didn’t need to use any amenities but the hotel room was comfortable if a little warm. The staff were amazing and very friendly and accommodated our very late arrival would recommend for a short stop especially if using for public transport major rail links and coach link round the corner.

My bedroom was small and comfortable but badly in need of redecoration. The ensuite bathroom had been modernised and was excellent and very warm.

The hotel was easy to find after arriving at Gare de Lyon and there were plenty of bars and restaurants adjacent. The friendly receptionist gave me invaluable information and advice about using the Paris Metro for the first time. I really appreciated this.

We liked the bath & the bathroom was extra clean. The staff were very friendly & helpfull. Other than that we didn't get to enjoy the full experience the hotel had to offer as we left early & didn't take the breakfasts, use the common areas (which seemed very comfortable & user friendly & got home quite late!

I would have liked a kettle in the room to make some tea/coffee in the mornings.

It was very close to Accor Arena where we attended the tennis. The staff kept our luggage on the last day which was very helpful. The room was adequate and spacious enough for 2 people. Room was cleaned every day. Also very close to metro station and other stations which is very convenient. Lots of restaurants on our doorstep.
