A very nice hotel to stay for Euro Disney visit. The hotel has a shuttle bus that leaves every 30 mins to Disney, which is just 10 mins away. The hotel facilities are very good. Rooms are clean and room service is perfect. The shuttle bus takes you to Marne le Valley station where you can take the RER train to Paris. The Hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens and staying there is really a joy. The breakfast buffet is very good with a great variety. Excellent for a family stay to visit Euro Disney.

The staff are really what make this place special from the first greeting by the friendly Concierge (Blonde guy), to the reception staff & the restaurant staff (especially the Restaurant Manager, Guy with glasses, sorry didn't get his name). We stayed again in a Junior suite which is excellent for its size & facilities so it's worth paying that little bit extra. Plenty of choice at breakfast to cater for all tastes, nice bar area to relax in on an evening,A free shuttle bus to/from Disneyland Paris is around every half hour. Rooms cleaned daily & rooms & hotel very clean. Obviously if you look closely you'll spot something here & there but that's just general wear & tear that occurs in any hotel.

DenmarkThere weren’t wearable towels and slippers in the room which I expect from a 4 star hotel. The room got cleaned every day but one day, the used cups didn’t get replace with the clean cups.
The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for those who wants to go to Disney parks, the free shuttle to and from Disney parks were great. The breakfast buffet was really good and the garden in the backyard was so beautiful! I also liked the foods at the restaurant.

United KingdomThe pool is not a spa area! No one around to help! No one watching people in the pool! The whole pool area was pretty gross! The hotel could do with some updating overall it looks quite tired and run down inside! Also the food is not good! I had the worst Caesar salad I’ve ever had!
