Hotel Kyriad exceeded our expectations: The room was spacious and the bed comfortable; The staff were so friendly and helpful; The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location was positioned within easy reach of public transport, all regions and hidden wonders. My wife and I would highly recommend a stay.

The location is convenient next to subways and buses, and nice restaurants. It is also a walking distance to the Jardin des Plantes at Austerlitz and the Quartier Latin. Waking up in the morning with the smell of fresh baked pastries was wonderful.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you plan to visit most sightseeing spots of Paris. The breakfast was not good especially if we came down after 9 in the morning. Please serve more fruit and vegetables for vegetarians

Not much, really. No one should really expect a luxurious hotel for the price they offer.

A very good value for the price, considering that the hotel is located very close to the center of Paris. Place d'Italie itself is an underrated neighborhood with a lot of excellently priced options for dining and a sense of safety even at late night.

It is a bit nosy on the floor - yet my room was just acros elevator, yet it is also relatively easy to hear what is going in surrounding rooms. Room was rather small - not a problem for single occupancy, could be an issue for two. Elevator is also rather small and a bit too slow - but this is not something you usually mention - so all was good and once more - good value for money.

The hotel is a chain hotel, so no "specific "expectaions to be placed. The place is safe, clean, well managed, easy to reach by public transport, lots of interesting and off the beaten track in Paris points of interest around. The breakfast, yet simple but sufficient and has all I should wish for not "breakfast" person. Rooms are clean, personel friendly and clear. English well spoken. Bad are comfortable, window could be open, there is AC in the room, yet I have not used it. All in all - good value for money, in case you are not looking for something porshy in the center for triple the price - great place for staying a few nights in Paris.
