The location was great. Pretty close to Montmartre. The rooms were basic and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

There was no soap and no socket close to bed

There was very service minded guy! He was very helpful and even make me a coffee at 05:00 even though breakfast is from 7:30

There were no cleaning detergents in the bathroom (though I got a bar of soap from the reception later) & the beds were a bit unstable (you could feel it moving/shaking when you or the other person in the double deck bed rolled).

The location of the hostel was so good, near the main sites. The staff were nice & the breakfast meals, which were included in my booking, were delicious.

Somewhat worn out.

Cozy and charming. Location is fantastic. Two metro stations, train station, right beneath Montmarte and Sacre Coeur. Lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms are cozy and well equipped. Staff was really nice and helpful. Definitely would come here again.

My room was gorgeous, with exposed stone walls, funky lighting and large TV. The breakfast area was open for use of the tables until late at night, which was appreciated. Staff extremely helpful. Short walk from Gare du Nord and steps from Anvers metro.

Very simple continetal breakfast, but well worth it's price. View from top florr over Sacre Coeur was magnificent.

The space in the room is really small , i was in dormitory of 4 person we were 3 person in the room and while others were in the room there was no space but it’s still fine the most important what I didn’t like was that the cleaning lady was super rude, during the breakfast there was no plates and i kindly asked about plates and she was really angry and finally i ate my breakfast on the paper instead of plate and also during the day I wanted to use bathroom which is on the first floor and she yelled at me because she was cleaning and I didn’t know it. Anyway it was super rude and even if the reception staff was really kind and sweet this lady ruined my experience in the hostel.

Location is really good, staff was friendly at the reception, they have language room as well which is free to use which is used and they let me use the lobby area after check out to pass the time and charge my phone and the view from the room was amazing.

The bathroom situation was a bit annoying, though maybe that was specific for us: at first we thought there was no bathroom at all on our floor (there was none on the building plan of our floor) so we always had to either walk up one level or down two just to go to the bathroom ^^' later on though, we discovered there was a bathroom in the adjoining room! But that room had a door which made it very uncomfortable to use the bathroom when the people on those beds closed the door, meanwhile they always had to walk through our room to get to theirs, so it wasn't really it's own room with a private bathroom either... We were kind of confused about that situation and a bit uncomfortable and ended up going up/down stairs every time anyways and when you just have to pee that's quite annoying ^^' I'd say inform guests better about the bathroom situations, because I was never sure if I would have been in the wrong if I had used that bathroom in the adjoining room, or if they were in the wrong in blocking the access to the bathroom...

The location was very good and central. very close to various metro stations too, so everything was really easy to get to from the hostel :D

Bathroom was old and bathtub was rusting. Also not enough charging ports in rooms. Also you need your own padlock for the storage locks.

Only 2 electric outlets for 2 beds, and they are in the middle of the wall by the sink. Bed has no curtain or individual light. The bathroom space is cramp.

The young staff are friendly and helpful. Good location if you want to be in this part of Paris. Come with breakfast though I left too early to see what it offers. Has a kitchen and coined laundry machines for use.

Dorm beds didn't have a charging point near the bunk beds. The toilet in our room wasn't functioning, so we had to use the one outside the room which didn't have a washing compartment! No handwash provided in the rooms. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety (for instance no fruits or cereal). The kitchen was also sub-optimal with very few amenities and utensils.

That drinking water was not available for free. And there was just one big bright light in room, which means when you are late in entering your room, you practically waking everyone up.

-Cleaning . While cleaning, the staff left a dirty rag right on my boyfriend's clothes that were on a chair .

-Our room had two balconies and a bath with an amazing view - location. The metro station was very close and getting around Paris was extremely convenient -We were allowed to leave our luggage after checkout for an unlimited time.

"In general, the service was good; however, on Booking, I had the option to choose the bed at a slightly higher cost. I selected this option, but at the hostel, they didn't respond, stating it wasn't possible. I also did not receive a refund. Another issue was leaving a scarf. I called less than 30 minutes after leaving; they said they would call back but never did. I called a second time, and they still had no information. I sent an email, but received no response."

The towel policy is strange, clean towels weren't provided to me when I checked in, and they were not in the room. The lockers in the rooms don't have locks on them so you have to bring your own or buy it.

The reception workers are very professional and focused, you can tell they know what they're doing. The rooms are clean and have big windows. The 6-person dormitory is separated by walls so it actually looks more like three rooms with a bunk bed in each, which is really convenient.

Old furnitire and fecilities, chargers are in a very inconveniant places.

Location is good, near metro station Anvers and Pigol, 10-15 min walk to Moulen Ruje. From the window the view to the Cathedral. The staff is very nice, friendly and supportive. I requested lower bed when booking, but received upper bed. After 2 nights, when the lower bed was free, the staff changed it to me with new sheets. Breakfest is also enough.
