Quite expensive but, I guess it's the location that pushes up the price as it's really convenient for the airport, especially as in our case, flights arriving late inthe evening.

The room was ok, if a little bland and basic but we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a great selection on offer, both hot and cold plus delicious coffee! The breakfast was definitely the star at this hotel!

Floor cleanliness

Really good access to the airport. The room was good but when I had to wipe a bit of the floor because I had spilt something the cloth came up filthy so I don’t think the floors are washed all that often. I didn’t partake of breakfast.

What about management assuring warm rooms for 163 euros à night. Having à shower when the room temp is at 19c is not up to à 3 star hôtel. This is not correct. But is common in winter in many hôtels. I dont suppose I will get any feedback on this issue.

Bit of a queue to check in and staff do not speak much English which is unusual in airport location.

Everything you need in an airport hotel, good quiet location and comfortable clean room which ensured a great night's sleep. Tasty self service breakfast. Used shuttle bus to get us and luggage to airport which was useful although only a short walk from terminal.

Had a hard time with air conditioning. Set to 68F. Room was at least 80 F. That caused the HEAT to run. Think poor calibration but it caused 1/2 hour delay in going to bed (early flight). Good thing I am engineer and figured it out. Staff was not knowledgable...

Price a bit too high. On the day of departure, though officially no booking necessary for the Airport Shuttle, I am told that it cannot be made available because full. In fact, one seat is available on the Shuttle standing by the next building to which I got to walk. When pointing at the falling rain, I was told that the airport is just 300m away....not exactly what welcome/reception should say to a customer with suitcase!?

Not convenient to city centre although but we used it as it was superbly convenient for our flight the following morning.

Very comfortable hotel within a short walk of the airport or a free courtesy bus which we used for our flight the following morning. Its sister hotel next door has light meals and drinks available at reasonable cost. The two hotels are in a nice little oasis of parkland next to the airport.

To be perfect I could have been told to approach the Oceania Hotel. I should have been told that my room would be there that night. Because I was not told I pushed the trolley of my luggage past the Oceania Hotel and had to come back there later. So when talking about perfection of the service at this level this could be improved. But all ended well. I was happy that the reception at the Oceania Hotel is open 24 hrs. and someone there waiting for me to give me a key to my room.

Actually, I could say that I was upgraded because I booked a room at the Escale Oceania but I ended up staying at the Oceania Hotel that night. When I arrived at 1.30a.m. at the hotel Escale Oceania I found that its front door closed and it was dark inside. I was bewildered. How come? I had sent a message and spoke to someone on the phone about the delay of my flight and the time of arrival could be after 1a.m. and I was reassured that the room would be waiting for me. However, the Oceania Hotel was still open with bright light so I pushed my trolley back there. I was told that I would be put into a room in the Oceania Hotel that night. The room here is bigger than the room at the Escale Oceania and had more luxe.
