As said, if you bring a dog, you cannot enter the breakfast room and will need to order food to your room. The menu is much smaller than the actual breakfast spread in the breakfast room, so it seems like you'll be paying more than what you actually get.

Great location with convenient and secure underground parking and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located close to the Palais d'Europe, which was where the Fete de Citron was being hosted, so this was very convenient for us. It is also about a 10min walk to the old town and port, which is beautiful. The hotel is dog friendly, but dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room, but you can order breakfast to your room (the selection via menu is smaller than the breakfast buffet). We had a room facing opposite of the street, with a balcony, which was very quiet and offered plenty of space for us and our dog. The hotel also provided a dog bed and a bowl for our dog, which was very nice.

soundproof is equal to zero ,both from outside and inside. You can hear others from other rooms , and if you are unlucky like me and you get a room which is oriented to the main street, you'll hear starting from 5 a.m all the cars, scooters, trash cars and so on , making your sleep impossible The fact that we got a room that was originally an apartment because there was a locked door in the room which communicated with another locked door evidently from another room . That amplified the noise from our neighbors Not so much of a choice when it comes to breakfast

It feels a little bit not so fresh on the inside. The room was quite small and it was a challenge to find an open restaurant close by after 9:30.

The location is very safe (just across the street from the Gendarmerie) and quite close to the town's attractions (old town and marina).

A bit expensive for this type of Hotel, we paid around 300€ / night for room and breakfast but it wasAugust 15th.

Well located hotel in the pleasant town of Menton. Fresh hotel that is undergoing a soft renovation, some parts of the room looked quite new (bathroom) some others were very old (windows and insulation in general). We stayed here only one night on our way back to Barcelona.

The hotel is a little bit old and outdated, but this is very typical for the South of France. They could invest a little bit more into thorough cleaning, as it was quite superficial.

The staff is incredibly welcoming, and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Every time I've flagged something, they were super quick to help fix it. The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance2, and for the South of France the facilities are good as well.

Oh we stayed in 605, big carpet stain just infront of our door and paint gone off the back of our door the end of the second bed was shabby. I've stayed and worked in hotels for years so I'm giving this review with a heavy heart. But what should have been a highlight of our stay was really far from it.

Very minor (no impact to overall mark): - Unfortunately, we were unlucky, and view from balcony was to the opposite building; - No flexibility for early check-in (but you could easy keep baggage till 15:00, was ok for us); - Room ventilation is not great (ideally to keep a window open or always on air-conditioning);
