The limited time for children to use the indoor pool amenities. Not all rooms have a special (Nespresso) coffee machine.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast selection is great. Dog- friendly. The surroundings are peaceful.

The beds in our room were squeezing when moving during sleep. All (bunk beds and double bed? !!

The location and the staff are exceptional. A massage is a must and the restaurant is top.

The handheld shower head in the bathroom had sharp corners and I managed to graze myself on it to an extent that the mark is still prominent 5 days later. The shower itself was otherwise good though, just be careful!

Very good breakfast options available every morning. We ate in the restaurant on the first night (booking recommended) and enjoyed a nice meal with a bottle of local wine recommended to us by the waiter. We enjoyed a facial in the spa. Room was clean and fresh with a good sized balcony/patio area and a comfortable bed. My parents who were with us on the trip stayed in an adapted / disabled room which was very spacious and had excellent facilities in the bathroom.

The lighting outside could be turned off / down earlier. Even the birds didn't seem to know when to go to sleep!! Help save the planet!

Excellent location on the edge of lovely woodland. Superb for dog walking. Great walks through the woods to ancient fortress castles. Very close to numerous caves for wine tasting in picturesque villages and towns. Food was excellent and good choice of local wines( which can also be bought to take away at cave prices). Great spa with pool/steam/sauna.

Breakfast could have more options, maybe to be able to order fried eggs or omelet.

Really nice hotel on good location if you want to visit Alsace region. Pool area is not too big but its really nice and well maintained and there are few saunas. Food for breakfast was really good but there could be more options.

I'm not deducting any points for this but my humble recommendation for facilities which charge a supplement for pets (I was travelling with my dog) is that they could at least provide a bowl for water/kibbles in the room.

Everything was perfect and so comfortable. The restaurant's chef has some talent!

We stayed in room 307 amd there was a large fan (think from some airconditioning) making anoying zooming nois so would stay away from this room/area near that large fan outside

We arrived at 3am and asked for a late checkout. Impossible, total rigidity of the staff. By 11am we had to be out. The pool is very small below the building: no sunlight. Many kids, lots of noise. We turned around and changed our mind about going.

Excellent service, with massages that transported us to a state of blissful serenity. Each space, including the bar, was designed for maximum comfort and relaxation, with a plus of a high-quality and differentiated breakfast. Considering the rural villages and the beautiful vineyards around Colmar, it was an all-around exceptional visit that we can't recommend highly enough.

The place- in a forest with great views. New, clean nicely done, good , cosy very clean spa area. On corridors paintings on each floor- we felt very good at this hotel , with lot to do in surrounding area.
