Inattentive, impolite staff. There was a girl working the desk, there was a boy visiting her, as I walked in and said hello they walked out and said "I'm coming" then left for over 10mins. When she eventually came back to take my booking they held a full conversation with each other only stopping enough to ask my details which was obviously quite inconvenient for her. Incredibly rude young woman, why she's working in customer service I don't know. Perfect reception for after a 12hr day at work. Not the end of the world but if you don't want to feel like an inconvenience to the staff I'd stay elsewhere.

There were no electrical outlets near the bed, so we could only charge the phones away from us.

Well located and good enough for a road trip stop with the family. It is a very quiet location, good for resting. Allowing pets was a plus for us, because we travelled with a cat.

Nothing as expected for budget hotel.

Great location for overnight stop en-route. Good secure carpark we were towing a trailer. It was much as expected ok for what you pay. Room as expected very basic and a bit tired. Aircon worked which was good. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

As others have said the breakfast is ‘Light’. I took it to save a stop later but it really is very basic. No protein bar some processed cheese and yoghurt.

I booked as a rest stop as part of a 1800km journey to North Spain and it was perfect. The main requirement as a motorcycle tourist was secure parking. Room basic but perfectly adequate as expected.

Good size room,bed was okay for a budget hotel,good hot shower. Near to Restaurants. Bus outside the Hotel to get into Libourne. Reception spoke good English. Breakfast was average and a bit expensive with limited choices. Plenty of parking.

The code system for the door had some buttons that didn't work so well. Due to that the door only opens at the third of fourth try, There was no way of turning on/off the linghts from the upper bed.

While traveling between Lisbon and Zurich I needed only a place to pass the night and this place was perfect. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpfull and nice.

Really good location, close to the highway. The room and bathroom are small but enough for a one night sleep over and shower to continue our trip.

The beds are very hard - some may like this but after four nights I was glad not to have another perhaps. I wouldn't bother with the breakfast, I didn't think it look up to much really.

The location is well set and close to the edge of of an inland lake giving it a less busy feel while still being excellently positioned for visits to the wine growing regions of the area. The hotel/motel was well used throughout my stay but was quiet at night and the carpark was very secure (own barrier closed over night). Evening walk or picnic easily taken at the lake after I returned in the evening. Young man behind the desk spoke excellent English and did his best to be as helpful as he could.

They need to make some conservation on rooms.

The hotel is like the expectation we have. we know what to expect. Usually the diference is on staff, and this young woman was very helpful. I was after a 1300 km moto ride and she was very helpful helping me to get a dinner place. So, for a budget is a normal hotel. Have in consideration that this hotel is near a lake tha make a walk very helpful after a long journey, Also is close to Autoroute so is easy to access on the way to your destiny.
