Our bathroom was flity, tiles full of dirty grout, big hole on bathroom door, hole in the skarting beside down, was very rough looking bathroom,toilet seat cracked and black marks all over the seat. No supply of hair dryer in reception or irons etc, I requested 3 beds for a toddler mature lady and I got bunks and I hurt my leg climbing down from it as it was to high up for me as a mature woman. lifts took forever to go up and down, walking up the stair case was very hard with a toddler.

Staff where very friendly and very helpful, I liked that there was venting machines and store next door. I found our bed very comfortable.

The window of the room didn't open, so there was no fresh air in the room. AC was making it just hot and because of this it wasn't very comfortable to sleep.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Considering that mentro stations are everywhere in Paris, the location was also fine.

I needed to antecipate my checkout in 5 days. The recepsionist told me that if the manager had been there, I would negociate with hin another date to come back, but he wasn’t there at that day, and I didn’t even received a refundig.

Breakfast,better to skip and head to the local boulangerie. Not the prettiest part of Paris but hey if you there for business shouldn’t detract.

The first room we were given was like a cell. Small window broken bathroom door and we were to spend 11nights there. We had to request for another room after 2nights. We also almost ran out of soap asked twice for a refill. The location is near a market not so comfortable next to a market.. The cleaners were also noisy in the morning.

I liked the second room we got after we asked for our room to be changed. It was spacious and clean.

the room was cold, no heating. The room had fleas. The shower tray is very inappropriate and overflows on to the floor making it uncomfortable when getting out of the shower and using the bathroom later on

Great location, Metro line 9 within a 10 minute walk. Lovely restaurants close by and of course a huge supermarket next door.

Staff have not informed us we need to get a special ticket from reception every time we leaving the parking. Room have very bed ventilation and it was really hot to sleep even though weather was not so warm, not sure if its in every room the same.

Room was really clean bed made every day but not the loft one for a child. Restaurant facilities.

I am normally pretty flexible and understanding when I know I am paying relatively low for an hotel. Although this hotel was cheaper than the average it has a lot of deficiencies that I cannot overlook. The bathroom was in bad shape, old, had some fungus in the walls of the shower. There was also no bathroom exhaust fan, so all the steam from the shower got into the room making our clothes humid (windows don't open). The carpet in the hall to the rooms was very dirty and humid. In addition, don't expect soap or shampoo in the container of the shower. This has a left over amount, and when ended, I left it upside down multiple times with the hope the cleaning staff would see it and refill it, it did not. Finally, the neighborhood is quite sketchy, at the exit of the metro there are groups of 10 or more men selling tobacco, I am fine with that, but they were constantly fighting (running after each other) each other and we saw the police posted at the exit multiple times while we were there. There was a time the exit was even closed by the police because of all the scandals.

Hotel is split into two, honestly just book the classic one because it’s less then €30 in the difference for a FAR BETTER ROOM
