We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

FranceQuite a small room. The WC looked like it needed a bit of bleach. I personally don't find ibis beds comfortable, but just personal taste, I prefer a softer bed.
Convenient for our late arrival off the ferry from Portsmouth. Secure parking, friendly lady on reception. Room was clean and very quiet. Good value for money.

United KingdomRestaurant was not open either night we stopped...a coach was used as the reason why...but on the second night they had left the restaurant by 7pm which is the usual opening time...but all the chairs were put on the tables and it was not opened ...as the hotel location means you have to drive to find somewhere to eat this was not good after long days out.....very disappointed with this...even a basic set menu would have worked for residents who need a meal.....

United KingdomQuite a way from the town centre. A bit too far to walk. We walked it once and it took the best part of 55 minutes, and then came back on the tram. The nearest tram stop is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The immediate area of the hotel is rather shabby and the hotel lies below a large circular car park, which services a nearby sports centre. Each afternoon into late evening dozens of people congregate in the car park, shouting, drinking and generally making a lot of noise. Our room was situated above the entrance, so we had that noise to contend with as well and were forced to keep the window closed. Opposite the hotel, a small group of men gather underneath a tree and play cards. It all added up to a strange location for a hotel.
Nice enough hotel once you get inside. The usual Ibis decor and room facilities. We stayed 3 nights and used it as a base for exploring the area. The room was OK. Friendly staff. Secure car park. We didn't do breakfast. There is a large retail park and restaurants situated 10-15 minutes walk away.
