Breakfast was not the best - kept running out of stuff and not replacing it quickly enough so long waits for fruit, bread etc Staff seemed under pressure but were very nice. Not a show stopper for us as we don't eat much breakfast but it was fairly boring choice if you do!

My 2nd stay this month do I will add two things I forgot earlier. Parking: city pay parking is right across the street. Excellent value and secure. Once you understand how to drop off luggage first and get parked following the way is easy and retrieval equally simple. Extensive renovations of lobby area and restaurant are finishing soon. A minor inconvenience now. Breakfast was again excellent. Down the street the Grill & Cow restaurant was excellent food, service & value.

The breakfast was really bad. The older lady who was serving disappeared every few minutes leaving a young one to do everything. We were told no eggs as they were finished. Had to wait for 5 min for coffee. Not worth the money.

The hotel was under refurbishment which was not made clear at the time of the booking. The room was extremely dirty, dust everywhere from the building works I presume and there was a bad smell. The reception area was all boarded up with light cablings dangling from the ceiling. The restaurant was tiny and absolutely chaotic at breakfast time.

lack of signage to hotel and information about safe parking spaces, central station full of druggies and beggars so did not feel safe walking to hotel from that car park

super comfy beds with quilted mattress cover, clean, well laid out and modern room. Shame no parking, should give better instructions where to park, went to Gare de Dijon, the station, short walk but not sure if that was he closest car park. Did not feel safe walking to hotel (stations always attract undesirables) and lack a signage so lost our way. Immediate location of hotel fantastic though, right in centre near restaurants and a short walk to a lovely park too. Would stay again but park elsewhere and take cab. Horrors only £5. Left in my account. Went to explain- ok we will cancel your pending one but you can't have the money back for several days- £690. Needless to say now back home yesterday 5 pm overdrawn at my bank with bills from home and my money has so far not returned to my account. We were allocated an invalid room so the shower did not have a shower curtain which turned the bathroom into a pool.

    Well, it was just convenient

    Everything, except the departure.

Poor breakfast. Dirty accommodation. Booked a family room, but got two separate rooms. Never again!

Some of the decor is a little tired and the bathroom a bit grubby due to age.

Great location. Basic room but comfortable.

    Very, very small room.

Good location, but not easy to get to. Clean modern décor that is becoming dated. Friendly staff that speaks English.
