AC in rooms ia subpar and needs new overall sytem installation. Beds way too small for two grown ups. Motel1 would be a good benchmark how to do better!

The hotel service was very good our disappointment was the bistro we ordered our drinks and I pointed out which wine I would like the waitress delivered the wrong wine we kept it my husband drank it I re ordered and again pointed out on the menu which one we waited 20 mins still no service my husband had to ask again she apologised she had forgot then St dinner in the bistro we had to wait 1/2 hour before the waitress asked what we wanted.

We've stayed here twice in one week as a resting stop. The first time we were upgraded to a room with a balcony (great view!!), the second time we were in the rooms we had originally booked. These standard rooms are relatively small with very tiny bathrooms and offer a limited view (we quite literally looked at a roof of another building and couldn't see much more than that). There are also multiple cracks in and around the walls. Prices for a single night can be ridiculously high, especially in the weekends.

Quite literally is in the center of the city. Despite difficulties to reach this hotel by car (which the hotel isn't at fault for at all), you only have to take one step outside and you find yourself in front of multiple restaurants, outdoor markets and shops. Staff is great, efficient and are able to read the needs of the guests very well. Breakfast is efficient and offers decent variety. Parking is very near to the hotel and they offer discount tickets for it.

Lack of hanging space and hooks throught the room and bathroom. Room is a little small for what you pay and the metal clothes hanging device needs to be changed for something more upscale. To locate the hotel by car follow your GPS very carefully, however, you can unload your car right outside reception.

Rooms are functional and clean with comfortable beds and little noise considering location. The breakfast is excellent although can get very busy. Staff really helpful. Parking is in a clean and dedicated floor in the car park immediately next to the hotel with extra charge, but worth it. The location is outstanding to see all the key sites and restaurants in Dijon centre.

The rooms were functional but small and compact; not much storage space. The pillows, like in most hotels, were uncomfortable and I had forgotten to bring my own unfortunately.

The staff were efficient, welcoming and friendly. The location, centre Dijon, was perfect. Breakfast and dinner in restaurant Le Central were both excellent.
