I called an hour after check out mentioning that I forgot my charger. They said that they have it but actually it wasn’t my room one that they found it was another one, they made me do the trip back to the hôtel for nothing and didn’t bother to get me my charger.... sara from the reception was very rude and not accommodating at all. Lost & found should be respected and sympathy toward the guest is certainly a most .... and unless with Anas the front office team ( 2 ladies from the afternoon) were a total mess. The size of the room was ridiculous. It’s a joke!

“Anas” from the reception was exceptional

Room was very small as is the bathroom. Works being carried out presently too, but this didn't disturb us.

Limited free parking opposite the hotel. Helpful staff & a relaxed atmosphere. Buffet breakfast is good & you can take away coffee. No problem to stay with pets, which is a big plus.

No really comfortable chairs in the bar/reception area. Three people each day in the reception seating area conducting telesales type operations on their laptops and mobile phones.

Weather was good so the 20 minute walk into Dijon city centre restaurants was okay. If it had been wet, I may have had a different view. The car park is underground, spacious and locked at night.

Room very sparse. Beds comfy pillows awful. Room looked liked a cabin on a ferry. Airconditioning didn't work properly so room too warm. Construction noise outside meant no lie in. We arrived very late they should have warned us or better given us a room at the back of the hotel. I asked for a grilled sandwich. It was awful. Burnt one side and soggy the other. They tried to charge me 9 euros for it. I refused sent it back.

The hotel was in a 'highbrow' area. We should have chosen a more central hotel, but restaurant facilities catered for the Opera House, too upmarket for our needs.

Lovely rooms with great en suite. Breakfast was pricey, but very good, with takeaway bags for onward journey.

Typical Ibis room - comfortable but sparse with little room for storage etc. Good for overnighters but can be somewhat cramped feeling for longer stayers (we were there for a week)

Good location to both walk into Dijon historic town or walk the short distance to the Train and Bus/tram Station. Great beds, quality shower, secure underground parking with direct access to Hotel. Friendly staff. Didn't try the breakfast .... cheaper cafes not too far away

The advertising mentioned parking but not that there was a cost involved. (Not a big issue as the cost was only 6 euros) In our room, mention was made that food was available 24 hours from the hotel. However when we asked at reception we were directed to restaurants some 7 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Clean, comfortable room. Wi-Fi was perfectly adequate.

Small bedrooms, poor reception service.I have waited with a toddler for more than 20 min for someone would collect my order in the bar that was empty, next to a empty reception where the 2 receptionists were talking to each other after we tell them we would like to have dinner.
