The bathroom stank, not sure if it is the cleaner they use it wad oon the nose, particularly the shower cubicle.

This is a good spot for cyclists. The rooms were ok, clean and the bed was comfortable. It is a walk over the bridge to any facilities, but they have secure bicycle storage.

noisy on the front when the traffic is busy, ok at the rear but you can hear the air condition equipment located at the rear all that said, if the room had a kettle to make tea/coffee it would have all been excellent

The smell inside the room. It was smelling old humidity or bad smell from water evacuation. I didn't complained about it, because, i was there for 1 night. Content a breakfast was missing salad, tomatoes. But this is common problem of IBIS, not related to that hotel.

Hotel staff is wonderful. Location with nice weather is very good, because it is easy to go to walk along the @rhone@ with my dog. Terrasse was very useful, as i could take my diner and breakfast outside with my dog.

It was just off our cycle route so ideally placed for our day’s cycling. They also let us store our bikes inside.

It was all just fine

The location is superb, very convenient for the autoroute, yet in very peaceful and lovely countryside alongside the Rhone river. Excellent for walks with or without the dog!

Very poor breakfast. Not much too choose and poor assortment. Scrambled eggs from plastic containers.

Very comfortable and clean-restaurant attached was the only thing in town open for dinner and it was pretty good food.

the room was so bare bones that one wonders what rooms in the adjacent Ibis budget are like. We had a good bed and shower; several of the items that appeared in our booking were not at least in this room. One of the bed lamps was out and partially broken, i,e, not replaceable during our stay

location was very useful for us and the staff tried their best. The room was clean, but not kept up well. We received breakfast free as consolation, which was nice.

Had to pay twice per accident. It is three weeks ago, and still don't have my money back. Trying to reach the hotel by mail. I get completely ignored. No one speaks English, so calling is useless. Can someone please contact me and help me?
