We have probably stayed at this hotel about 8 or 9 times. This is the first year we have started to think this is no longer value for money.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast and Dinner were fine. Car Parking reassuringly secure.

Only found out the restaurant was closed when we arrived on a Sunday. No mention on the booking, checked. Luckily early enough to get into town for dinner. Would have been handy to know in advance.

Handy stopover, our second visit. Comfortable room, A/C just about coped with the very hot weather. Nice bar and breakfast, usual Ibis so plenty if not a great selection. Coffee and juice good. Secure parking and easy access to main routes. Short walk into nice small town for cafes bars etc.

    Nothing that wasn't dealt with

Not the best room we've had here but our queries and complaint were dealt with immediately, efficiently in a friendly manner. The breakfast collation was imaginative, excellent and appreciated. The new, extended dining area is tasteful and inviting The staff, as always, efficient and welcoming. Please ignore all of the above because I don't want it fully booked next time!

We felt we were not expected to eat at 9.30! No hand towels or any way to dry your hands in the main toilets downstairs. Food was ''tired' and clearly out of a freezer! Ibis hotels are not normally good at Restaurant produce, but this was really not good enough for the prices on the menu. so much food is frozen.

Met the usual standards of an Ibis Hotel in comfort for an overnight sleep. Wine was good.

Last year when we stayed there was a restaurant, this year no restaurant, although I believe they are in the process of building one.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff very pleasant, friendly and polite, bus stop 4/5mins walk, station about 20mins walk and bus goes past station and 20/25mins walk into town centre which has several good restaurants.

After a long journey we were met by a charming young lady on reception and felt most welcome. Our request for another pillow was dealt with and a map showing us where we could buy fuel. Fully met our expectations of an Ibis - nothing not to like - but there is no lift and as far as I am aware no-one to help with bags. If you can't manage the stairs, make sure you get a ground floor room.

This is a nice 2-storey Ibis hotel in a very pleasant and quiet location just on the edge of the small town of Nuits-Saint-Georges (not in a commercial centre). It is easy and quick to reach from the Autoroute and in the heart of Burgundy wine country. Have stayed here many times en route and it is always clean and comfortable.

It would have been good to have tea/coffee making facilities in our room, for an early morning drink.

The staff were very welcoming. It was particularly warm while we were there and we were able to have our evening meal in the garden. The food was well cooked and enjoyable. My husband had steak which he said was the tastiest he had had for a long time. I had a salad which was full of all sorts of ingredients. Delicious. A charming lady called Christine looked after us. She was great fun. Thank you

We've stayed here many times as a stopover on the way home from the Alps. It's always friendly, the food is always good and we love the little touches like the Easter eggs at easter weekend. Also Nuits St Georges has a wine festival on Easter weekend - well worth a visit for degustation and a bit of buying if you have space in your car.

The breakfast was rather expensive (at 20 Eur). The price did not seem to be advertised in advance.

Very nice room (102), excellent shower. Was able to roll up at 01:00 am and find an actual person at reception.

There was no lift - but we were offered assistance to carry our bags up the stairs.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean room and new comfy bed. Adequate bathroom. Quiet location. Reasonably priced bistro serving late supper.

The food in the restaurant wasnt great. We think the menu is too complicated. 3 or 4 simple dishes would be great - steak and chips,1 plat du jour and 1 regional would be fine, plus more salade. We would prefer a family room to sleep 2 adults and 2 children rather than 2 rooms.

Staff were fabulous and went beyond duty to fill coffee cups for onward journey - all with friendliness and smiling faces. Beds really comfy, quiet rooms, great location, onsite restaurant, reasonable price.

Breakfast costs for 4 of us, so we bought croissant in the town and then stopped for coffee at a motorway service station.

Arrived at the end of December to a warm hotel with plenty of parking. Good location with a convenient, short walk into the town. A good overnight stop on the way to the Alpes. Rooms clean and comfortable, and quiet. We didn't eat in the hotel so I cannot comment on the food. Reception staff launched into fast French on arrival, but basically it was to confirm whether they should use the credit card number we had made the booking with. So if you have a credit card with 'no additional exchange rate charges', use that when making your booking. Need petrol? The supermarket as you come off the motorway sells it-near the Ibis Budget.

Old/shabby/worn out facilities (e.g. broken bathroom). Climate control also old which resulted in a too hot room (despite being able to open the room).

Had asked for a quiet room. Initially given a room facing the road when the hotel had only a few guests staying on Friday 4th December. Dead spider on the floor of the bedroom. Side of the bath in a very sorry state. No tea and coffee making facilities.

The arrival receptionist was very friendly. Good wifi service.

Rooms too small(I'm 6' 5" tall) & couldn't walk safely down side of bed to bathroom. Toilet position in bathroom too close to bath-side thus preventing toilet paper usage(I'm left-handed). On the first day of our 4day stay, we complained about smell in Room 230, then we were informed that we couldn't book a table for Dinner for 7.30pm because Dining Room full. Had to wait until a 8.30pm sitting, although extremely tired after a long journey. Those dining at 7.00/7.30pm were mostly local people who seemed to be regular diners on Friday nights.(Surely Hotel Residents should be properly catered for !! ).

Efficient staff who actioned complaint re:Room230(Obnoxious smell) promptly, & moved us to 232 .

The bathroom smelled a little damp, probably because the shower could bypass the shower curtain and wet the floor if you weren't careful.

Walking distance to town, good restaurant, free wifi faster than most. Extra points for the easter eggs left on the beds (we arrived Easter Sat)
