    The room conditions are poor. The passage on the first floor smelled like dried fish, the air conditioner did not work and there were insects in the room. The staff tried to help by offering another room but the air conditioner was not working there too. The curtain of my room was broken which made it impossible to change in the room.

    The location is good and the staff was helpful and friendly.

    Reception because the manager of the property was sleeping 😁

    We arrived to the hotel at 0:05. Receptionist told us that there is no place and no available rooms. But we have paid for 2 rooms via application booking.com. Please refund our money as we did not stay without our fault. We spent the night with 2 children after 12 hours of driving in the car. The receptionist was trying to help us and was trying to find for us replacement rooms in other Ibis hotels but without luck.we would like to get a refund. Joanna
