There was nothing I did not like

The welcome was excellent. The spoken English was very good. The breakfast adequate. The hotel was clean. I had a really good nights sleep. I will return on my home bound no need to look for another place.

We stayed on two nights a week apart. On both occasions the staff were excellent. They gave us information on where to eat and what discounts could be claimed as hotel guests. The bar was open and we enjoyed a beer with salt biscuits provided as an accompaniment. Our French is not good but both receptionists were able to explain in English. We had a continental breakfast which had a reasonable selection of food, coffee good and my wife enjoyed her pot of tea. Fully recommend.

As above the glass door to the bathroom ,might be ok with single occupancy but certainly not with 2 ,

Good sized bedroom ,very comfortable bed and pillows ,only annoying thing was the glass door to the bathroom ,didn’t like that all it lit the room up in the dark ,

Great location for Autotoute and Airport, clean, good aircon, walking distance to several Restaurants. But the standout feature was the young gentleman (with beard) on reception, who was just so pleasant and helpful. Much appreciated👍

Our room was on the ground floor with our only window opening onto the path to reception so was rather noisy.

Just off the auto route so an excellent location for a break from a long journey with a number of restaurants within walking distance.

Although breakfast was supposed to be served as from 7 o’clock, as indicated by receptionist and by signs on the door and in the lift, when we arrived at 7:50 the breakfast room was locked and breakfast wasn’t served until 8.” There was no explanation, nor an apology from staff member in charge of breakfast. Definitely a minus! Otherwise I can recommend the place to any motorist who just wants a bed and continue their trip the next day.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful. I left solethibg in my room and they were immediately on the phone to let me know. Restaurants close by but for thise who dont want to go out a meal can be provided. Very good idea.

The staff is really nice and helpful..the room was clean and confortable. Despite its location close to the highway (useful in my case), it is really quiet (no noise at all) . Reception is open till late.

At the entrance to the hotel is sign saying BeIn sports as well as Canal+ channels these were not on the avaialble tv channels in my room. BeIn sports did not feature the Canal + channels had message about requiring viewing card. Also not the full normal list of free french tv channels were evident. The breakfast was a little disappointing the baguette was not the crisp crust variety it was the soft spongy texture of the Aldi 400g cheapies or it may even have been bought the previous night I did wonder. Small croissants. Although reasonable choice of dairy products as well as prepared plates of ham slices and fuit bowls it would have been nice to have had the option to boil your own egg (as you can in Ace hotels) rather than the cold ones here. It would also have been nice to have had available hot items such as the bacon and scrambled eggs which the BB hotels include in their breakfast spread so for the cost of this at 10euro90 compared to those hotel cheaper charges for breakfast I would not rate the kyriad morning offering as anywhere near as good value or overall quality. The hotel also on arrival did not have many smiling faces around or promote a welcoming feel it was a very utilitarian booking in reception.

Nicely decorated room sound for tv came out from behind bed which was effective bathroom good size well thought out as well as decoration. Good size parking spaces handy for motorway as well as local restaurants also Lidl nearby with other supermarket in easy walking distance.
