We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Good quiet location with plenty of parking for spending one night in Roscoff before or after a ferry trip. A couple of nights more in town would not have been wasted. This was the quietest room and most comfortable bed of all during a 3-week trip.

The booked room was very basic and small and therefore unsuitable. Also gap where the window did not close so draughty and cold. We requested upgrade and this was granted straightaway to a much better room, although a cold night. The management were so helpful and polite and we were very satisfied with the outcome. The beds and perfect bed linen were so comfortable. The hotel is conveniently situated to Roscoff centre.

The location is ideal for those needing to catch an early ferry to the UK. This time we chose to upgrade our reservation to a room on the second floor. These are larger and have a balcony.The bed is larger and the lift reaches this floor but does not go to the 3rd floor. The staff are very pleasant.
