great location, staff great and v. friendly and loved the breakfast

When I took a shower, water came out from the shower room even I took care water leakage.

I stayed comfortably with good facilities and high quality food. I wish I would have had one more stay.

Room is very small. Not good for kids.

Slight issue with leaky shower, but small price to pay for the location!

Location was amazing in Pigalle, just up the road from Moulin Rouge, at the foot of Montmartre and a couple of minutes walk to a metro station. Decor was lovely in the hotel room, great coffee in reception accessible all day/night. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

It wasn’t a huge issue for us but the noise from the clubs on the Saturday night was very loud, also the room we had faced the main road and again was noisy at times with the traffic, delivery/bin trucks.

Location was excellent. Very close to many of the main sights in Paris. The property itself was nice, maybe could do with a refresh/refurb, that would be my only suggestion.

Opposite a restaurant that partied til 5 30am on our first night. Roadworks right outside hotel with an early start! Neither of which are the hotel's fault.

Lovely, quirky hotel. Right on the border with Montmartre. Close to metro. Really lovely staff. Free, good coffee in reception. Stayed here before and would have given it a higher rating the first time, but for the negatives mentioned.

The holder for the key was loose so the lights did keep dipping on and off throughout the stay.

The location was perfect right down the road from the Moulin Rouge. There was also a good number of places to eat around so no issues where to eat just which place :)

Excellent location, very close to Monmartre, walking distance to Blanche Tube station, which was extremely convenient. Even though the area is full of bars and restaurants, we didn't hear any street noise at all. The room had a very nice retro decoration. It was a bit small, but still OK for two people plus had all the amenities needed. Overall, a very good choice!

My shower was not hot at all (quite literally lukewarm) every single time I showered over the course of 2 nights/3days. I reported it to the reception and they said could you show us, so someone came and checked and agreed with me. They said they'll try to book someone to come and fix it but it didn't happen before my check out time. Then on the check out when I mentioned it again to another receptionist who wasn't there when I reported it, refused to accept that it can be cold and said "the other guys is new he doesn't know how to do it" - it's a shower not rocket science, the hotel needs to take some responsibility and there was more than one person there when I reported it. I also had my thermostat for the room temp set to 27 degrees C and it still didn't feel very warm (which it should be too hot to bear usually). The toilet is also kind of in a corner and there's a box in front of you so if you're any taller than me (not very tall) you'll probably have to sit slightly sideways on the loo.

The rooms are quirky and fairly nice, although not very spacious but it's Paris so understandable. The breakfast was nice and fresh and the coffee/drinks in the reception are a nice touch.

The bathroom is very cold, it’s impossible to shower in the bathtub without flooding the whole bathroom, they don’t even leave a bottle of water in what they call a suite, towels had holes. Breakfast was messy, a lot of stuff weren’t there.

Breakfast needs to be better organised , if you come at 7am there is planty to chose from, but at 9 am, different story All tables full of used plates and glasses , almost nothing to eat, one person cannot handle this. You need more stuff
