Didn’t like gym: not very good view. Pool at terrace windy and with no real view . Area with chairs with the view without sun shields and proper anemities.

Great for conferences/business meetings. Room was very clean, modern, perfect sound isolation. Had very good sleep there.

The WiFi was paid, which is not appropriate for a 5 star hotel.

The location is perfect. The room was clean and big enough and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very polite and ready to help with everything.

No option for late checkout - not even a shower room to use!

Great location. Nice restaurant for breakfast and pleasant outside bar area. Just prepare yourself for eye watering prices, but I guess that comes with the territory!

(-)The pool area on the roof is no longer up to date - Without the fantastic view, the pool area would no longer be adequate for a hotel in this price range (-)The "hotel's own" beach in front of the hotel can only be used for a fee (Pier EUR 70,00, Front Line EUR 65,00, BED EUR 100,00, towel and umbrella included) (-)There is currently a large construction site next to the hotel. Work begins early in the morning, which can cause some noise (-)There is also a large construction site in front of the hotel at the moment. however, access and departure are possible

- Gym is so small, considering the hotel size - literally only a running machine. People were just walking in and then realising and walking back out. - Considering the hotel reception area is beautiful and has had a complete reverb, they have forgotten to renovate the swimming pool area. So it’s very tired looking and definitely doesn’t match the five star hotel. - You have to pay around £70-80 ranging up to £150 per sunbed per day to use the beach. There’s no discount considering your staying at the hotel etc - A little bit tired looking, parts of the room facilities like skirting board etc were falling apart. - Check in is at 4pm and was much later for us as the house keeping hadn’t finished as it was peak season. So bare in mind if your travelling and have children etc and going peak season - Very noisy, so when your laying in bed you can hear people on the streets etc. also some weird noise in the room sounded like pipe work or construction was happening

Some issues that I had on my request to upgrade the room which wasn’t as per discussion and agreement, supervisor waived additional charges. Was charged extra for the third person per night even though I have given the hotel a notice that we will be 3 and no response of additional charges was communicated.

Location of the hotel was excellent. Room service was very fast.

you should improve and have extra care in cleaning rooms because we received our room with dirty floor all nuts in the floor and also housekeeping are not changing bed sheets and not cleaning the floor with vacuum. they literally only arranging the room!!

Think to have breakfast quite expensive do didn’t pay for this! But it didn’t make our stay less enjoyable as you can get breakfast anywhere in Cannes .

Construction going on in front of the hotel in the street was dusty and made access more difficult.

We chose not to eat breakfast at yhe hotel due to $48 Euro per person cost We only wished a petit dejeuner not a buffet.

Service was great. Location was limited with traffic issues related to sewer line construction in front of the hotel and shoreline drive.

Pool was closed. It has to be heated and open all year round.

A little confusion when we arrived. The Lady at Checkin said we had only booked for 2 people and asked would we like to book a second room. It was a shock. I showed her the Reservation confirmation for 3 people and she sorted it quickly.

Attractive Modern Hotel. They had a Singer in the Lounge area (Saturday night) which was the highlight. The doormen were helpful and supplied the loan of an Umbrella.

the room was well outdated as the plugs were falling off & housekeeping could have done a better job

second time at the JW the first was i think back in 2016 during a friends wedding & this time it was for my wife & I you can’t go wrong with the location, they have amazing fast service compared with how packed it was most of the staff are very helpful & the view from the balcony was sea view is worth it
