The front desk staff are genuine and kind. I have learned to trust them, and this has become my go-to in Paris. I travel there multiple times a year on business and to visit friends.

I did not know that the bedroom would be upstairs and would have to be accessed via a small metal spiral staircase. This was somewhat of an issue as the bathroom was downstairs. There was also a minor issue with one of the A/C units that malfunctioned causing the reservoir to overflow and wet some of the furniture. I had to bail the water out of the reservoir twice during the night. Also it was not easy to utilize the TV. There is no one on duty from 8:00 p.m. until about 7:00 a.m.

The hotel is very centrally located with many restaurants, metro stations, and bus stops nearby. There is also a grocery within a couple of blocks. I would stay here again, but I would get a room with the bed and bath on the same floor.

Some of the facilities are old. The AC is not so quiet but okay.

The stuff are nice. the Location is good. I like the kettle for hot water, coffee and tea. The bathroom is very spacious.

The WiFi was horrible and I couldn’t connect at all. The tv was too complicated to use. The room was very small. For the expensive premium price I expected near premium perfect. For that price I can stay at a major hotel and get all services included such as breakfast, gym, and pool. This had a room and that’s all I got for a ton of money. Thought it would be unique but I’ve stayed in much better places in Paris for much less.

I liked the location and the bed was comfortable. Also, the shower was strong and hot. A/C worked well and cleaning was good.

For the price (which is admittedly high because of the location and size) it was lacking a capsule coffee machine which is now pretty standard in much cheaper rooms. I figured out the A/C, but some might need instructions Not a huge fan of the rococo decor, but that's personal

Stayed one night because I missed my train and had to book when most Hotels were full. Location is very central The hotel is quirky, part rococo, part Parisian (apparent wooden beams), each floor has only one room. The staff was friendly and contacted me since I had booked so late to give me the night access codes for the coded door and tell me where they left the keycard for me and a cell number in cas of any problems, and it al went fine (Thanks again!) The room is pretty big for Parisian standards (and a huge bathroom with a nice shower) and it had A/C

The ceiling of the room is low, not intended for people over 190cm tall.

The staff is really kind. Large rooms designed in a special style. Large shower room. Really well located in a relatively quiet street.

battery of the remote control of the remote control was empty. But who needs to watch television in Paris.

appartement was clean. Felt like a home. the bed was super Exellent. I wish I knew what matras they using. I am a person who gets back pain quickly if the matras is not good. I slept very good and woke up with no back pain.

It's a bit snug the place, and a little dark the entrance. The carpets should be updated at some point.

The room had its own floor, it felt almost like a private elevator to your suite. The bedroom going to the bed is awesome. location is steps from the Louvre and everything amazing about Paris.

Outrageous that they charge over $500 US a night. the rooms are a bit outdated. Our AC didn’t work well, one drawer was broken and the rug is starting to peel back. Next time I will stay at Novotel for same price!!

Great location! Unique room. Love the Louis XIV theme.
