Check-out took more time than expected.

Despite being a small room, it seems to be renewed and refurbished not long ago. The bathroom was also renewed, and the bed and pillows were great. Good breakfast and quick check-in.

The location was fantastic. It could not have been better located. It was within the walled city and immediately adjacent to the main square. It was about 100 metres from the papal palace, and it was an easy walk from the train station (about 10-15 mins walking straight down one road). The Pont d'Avignon was also close to the hotel. The hotel itself was good and there was variety for breakfast.

The hotel location was great. Short walk from train station, yet in the heart of the historic center, on a lovely plaza. We were pleasantly surprised by the view from our room which overlooked the plaza. The room was a little tight, kind of wedge-shaped, but well-laid out and adequate space. Nice bathroom. Nice breakfast room. Very good value for the location. When you walk out of the hotel you are right where you want to be! A short walk to all the sights. Avignon has a lot of fun little cobblestone streets to explore. We wish we could had stayed here a bit longer but our schedule didn't allow.

The double room provided to us emitted a persistent unpleasant odor. Additionally, the space was quite cramped for two individuals, leading me to believe that the photographs displayed on the booking.com website were somewhat overpromising.

There are two blue lights next to the bed that cannot be turned off. The pillows are rather small. When selecting the room type there were many photos for the same type of room, we got one that was not that nice in terms of layout and colors and was a little dark. Nonetheless the price is fair for what you get, given the location, so I think it is a good value for money.

The location is perfect, probably the closest to the Palace des Papes, but also conveniently close to all major attractions. It is just a simple overnight stay kind of hotel (it does not want to be more and it doesn't need it). Very easy to checkin and out. The room is clean and quiet.

The bed was a bit too firm - but this seems to be a common thing in France.

The location is terrific - close to everything including restaurants and the Palais des Papes. The staff were lovely and very welcoming and friendly. The room was great - very clean and had all the amenities needed.

Parking Garage is public parking (but it's only a couple blocks away). Breakfast was not worth it's cost.

Staff here are very nice and generous. Property is very close to the palace, oversees a plaza. Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable.

They blocked the sum in advance on my credit card - larger than the real cost - and I had to pay once again in the morning. Two weeks later the blocked sum was not released yet and I had to discuss with the hotel and my bank to unblock

Location, 100 m form the Papal Castle, in a pietonal area. Kyriad style hotel, despite having only 2 stars on the panels around the hotel, offereda room quiet, comfortable and warm. Good breakfast, buffet type with many options. They offer a discount to the parking cost

Lift a little small and slow but this happens everywhere

Big room and very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel. Best of all was its central location around the restaurants with easy access to all tourist sites. Great value and highly recommended

- Room was a bit dark and had no natural light as it was looking the fire exit in between buildings. - Parking nearby is expensive and takes a long time to enter and exit.

- Room was small but comfortable and sufficient. - We arrived at 4 am and it was great to have English speaking staff 24 hours so we didn't run into any issues with check in. - Location is unbeatable. Right in the heart of Avignon, made it so easy for us to explore the town. - Iron and hairdryer available.

Tiny breakfast area. No safe in the room. This is in the list of facilities at the hotel, but when I pointed this out I was told that applied to a central safe at the hotel desk not in individual rooms as at every other hotel we had stayed in.

Great location. Breakfast was lovely. Room and bed very comfortable. The AC didn’t seem to cool but fortunately there was a window that could be left open.
