Not that clean. Place was more cabin style and I wouldn't call it a hotel. Extremely hot with no air-conditioning. Very small cabin. Old furniture.

Rooms were terrible, outdated, dirty, spider infested dumps, no air con, no fans, we were situated right next to the seating are outside the bar and restaurant, great if enjoy being kept awake by the late night drinkers. No secure parking, just a regular car park out front of reception. Poor restaurant and the bar was awful. The guy who checked us in over charged us by 20 euros and although he highlighted his own mistake, he wouldn't refund me, he insisted we drink €20 worth from the bar instead and then wouldn't tell us how much we'd used... Breakfast was €10.50 per person and was basically a continental breakfast, way over priced for a bowl of cereal, coffee and a pastry... Large groups of Eastern European workers were dumped at the hotel by several minibuses late on the night of our stay and were sat drinking outside of their rooms, didn't feel particularly safe to be honest... Long walk to the nearest restaurant was 25 minutes. I won't be staying here again...

Not a lot really... Staff were quite polite though.

Air conditioning or a cooling fan would have been a bonus on what turned out to be the hottest day (and night) of the year so far.

Easy to find. Plenty of parking. The rooms were within easy reach of the car park and all on ground level. Everything in the room was expected, clean and working. The upstairs bedroom looked fun but it was too hot to try. Breakfast was plentiful and very nice. An easy 20 minute walk up to the champagne cellars and park.

Everything. Terrible room. Overcharged. Not what we were told.

I've traveled all over the Globe and have traveled at many no-frills properties. This place was the worst. It took an hour for someone from the motel to let us in. The room was not what they said and we were charged so much more than advertised on Booking.Com. DO NOT GO!

They should invest in an electric gate for the entrance with access code and CCTV. Not the hotel's fault, but I and other guests were bothered by a couple of shouting young immigrants hanging around the area, which did make me feel uncomfortable at times. No evening restaurant on Saturday evenings so bring your own pic-nic.

Set in a business park, with large grounds, lawns and trees, and all the rooms were on the ground floor. The staff were charming, the breakfast was very good, and I would stay there again.

Generally the room was tired, in poor state of repair (e.g. holes in wall, bath access panel ill fitting) and in need of updating. It smelt damp, with signs of black mould on the mezzanine floor and in the bathroom. Ants roaming the bathroom. A real shame as have stayed at a number of Kyriad and Design Enzo which have been good. Will not be staying here again

Attitude of the staff. Being in a hotel that was shut down with no staff on the premises. It felt like the hotel of the doomed.

Awful service, after a 7 hour drive from the alps we checked in and the receptionist failed to mention that the hotel would have no staff on the premises after 9 pm. Everything was shut down with a note on the door to call a number in case of emergency. We booked a city hotel and did not expect to be in a place without even a receptionist on hand to offer information. We were travelling with our son who has a heart condition, we would never have booked this place knowing this. No apology the next day either. I dread to think what would happen if there was a fire or a medical emergency!! Terrible way to treat guests.

Nothing really. Restaurant not open at weekends means you picnic in your room or go out. Great excuse to go out and explore a bit more of France. And Reims is lovely. Kids enjoyed it!

We are probably the worst kind of customer as we have very high standards but a very tight budget. Having never stayed in one before and having driven over 600 miles with children aged 8,7 and 4 - we were very nervous about what it would be like. Need not have worried. Clean, modern, functional, ease of use and safe was what we wanted. Ticked all these boxes. No issue with it being out of town - meant it was quiet and easy to park. With 3 kids under 8 we needed two rooms. Amazing value and got rooms next to each other. Drove into town to explore Reims that night and grab a meal. Can't fault it and will repeat.
