You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room, although not the largest, had everything we needed. The bed was large and very comfortable, just what is required when stopping off on a long journey. The boiled eggs for breakfast were very acceptable.

United Kingdomwould rate it higher if not for super thin walls. you could hear the people going to toilet behind the wall. other rooms’ shower is extremely noisy. luckily I have my ear plugs with me at all times.
nice new design. feels clean. comfy beds, we were given spare new memory foam pillows.

We didn’t want to eat but wanted a drink, we were told by the waitress couldn’t serve us because we weren’t staying there , i said we were she went to check came back and apologised, great we could have a drink 15 minutes later we wanted a bottle of wine and a coffee and again she said no we are closed. I then asked at reception if they had vending machines for me to have a coffee she said no. ( it was 9.15 pm ) after me making a bit of a fuss we eventually got served we won’t be returning.
