All of it. Would never stay in an ibis again but that is my view point. Stayed in ibis budget and it was nicer than this one. Sadly the pictures online does not show how sad this property looked. Again my opinion.

I cannot think of much to say, ibis styles with no style. I paid 187 euros in town center Madrid for three star and paid 257 euros for this hotel.

The air conditioning was useless and it made sleeping difficult. It was hot in Bordeaux whilst we were there and in summer it would be unbearable. It needs sorting (and it was not just my room, all my friends said the same about their rooms.) The other criticism I have is that the key cards we had failed regularly, on one occasion I had to go back to reception 3 times before I could get into my room! The staff were apologetic but indifferent.

Good location close to the Station and the Tram network. Rooms were adequate and clean especially as I was in a double room. Breakfast was adequate but limited.

the room was good but the air conditioning was very noisy and didn't really make a difference.

The hotel overall was very good, the breakfast was excellent and the tram stopped outside the hotel direct into the centre, although we walked because the weather was excellent.

The free wi-if had a ridiculous internet filter. Bordeaux lives from wine-tourism but the filter blocked access to at least one wine castles web site because it was listed under the category "alcohol "!!!! Come on, I am an adult! It also blocked a major news media because if you looked for it you could find "nudity", but that meant it also blocked the news which were biggest part of it. Mentioned it to staff, which was unaware of this!

Located near good public transport; bus, train and tram. Good value for money with regard to transport if you buy a 7-day ticket to public transport already from ticket machines in airport.

The hotel’s corridors were a bit dirty. The room was clean but there was a strong smell of cleaning products. The shower was a little bit shabby.

It is easy to get from Bordeaux airport to the town to railway station – we took the local bus and it cost only 1,50€ per person. It takes maybe a little bit more time to get – but you can see more. Ibis styles Hotel Gare Saint-Jean is located in near the railway station and it was easy to get there. The check-in was easy and quick same as checking-out. The hotel’s lobby was a bit chunky, but that is Ibis hotel’s style. We were positively surprised that the room was bigger than we had used to have in these Ibis hotels. The view from the room was near the street where the tram was running. At the same tram you can reach to the center and its attractions. Or then you just walk to the center, the accommodation is conveniently located within walking distance of the center of Bordeaux. Breakfast was good (tea, coffee, juice, yogurt, muesli, croissant, bread and different kind of jams, fruit salad, some sweet cakes). The staff recommended a restaurant close to hotel, which turned out to be good for dining.

We were disappointed with this hotel. We didn't expect such low level from Ibis. The room were cold. Heating system was turned off. I asked about extra blanket and no one gave it. Really small room, no space. The biggest problem is non-driving ventilation system. Vapour after taking a shower condensed on everything in the room, so that high level of humidity in the room. As a result, mould has appeared in bedroom (see pictures). It was hard to breathe and sleep. We spend 2 days in this place. I'd rather paid extra 40 Euros and take another hotel nearby (Best-Western).

Good breakfast with orange squeezing machine, lots of pastries, bread, kinds of cheese and hams. Big and comfortable bad. Quite place.

If only the room is a little bit bigger, then this hotel will be perfect!

The location of this hotel is so convenient to travelling by train as it is so close to Bordeaux Gare de St Jean. The tram to the city is right in front of the hotel, and the supermarket is just around the corner. The hotel decorarion is very colorful (i.e. chairs, cups, trays, bowls, disposable glasses are in bright beautiful colours!) and the service is quite good. It also offers tea, coffee, some pastries ( leftover after breakfast) by the reception. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is quite nice with fresh orrange juice. I will stay at this hotel again if I ever come back to Bordeaux. Take a walk along the river La Garonne, it's quite relaxing to have a walk at night time.

Included breakfast very meager in choice, tho' freshly squeezed orange juice a pleasant surprise.

Basic room good for an overnight stay.Chose it for location- 1 min. walk to railway station so no need for a taxi. Area a little seedy but 10 min. walk takes you to better area and choice of restaurants. Tram line runs past. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed here a week later and left luggage in locked storage for a week with no extra charge.

A smaller room than on previous 2 stays, more suitable as a double for single occupancy than for two people. Also, surely the bar in a 3-star hotel in the world's greatest wine city, should stock rose wine?

Room looked out onto a flat roof where people had been smoking (lots of cigarette butts and empty cigarette packets).
