The cold, we had expected it not to be really warm but we slept in 3 layers, plus dry robes and duvets and still felt cold, the small heater didn’t make much difference.

The rustic tree house and evening meal delivered by winch were fabulous. It was a wonderful stay and staff very friendly.

The mattress was old and thin. No sheets on the beds although they were requested previously. Doors could not be closed from the inside. Poor light inside. No hand washing available.

We absolutely loved our stay at L’Arbre à Cabane — it felt like a real-life fairy tale. We stayed in the “Rêve des Fées” treehouse with our two daughters (9 and 12), and they were enchanted! Our dogs were super happy too, with plenty of space to roam. The breakfast delivered to our door was a lovely touch. Peaceful, magical, and memorable. Highly recommended!

It felt magical! The bed was so comfortable, and waking up to the birds singing was brilliant. Having our breakfast waiting for us hanging was such a cute little touch. I have and will recommend this place to loads of friends. My children loved the experience too. Thank you so much! C’est une expérience magique!!!

There wasn't anything really. Just a minor hiccup that I couldn't get the shower to work.

The quaintness of the treehouse. We might be grown ups but what an adventure - we loved it & will definitely be back. Can't recommend it highly enough. Breakfast by winch was fabulous!

We arrived to a 8 degree cold safe house with a wide open door at the dirty base cabin with showers and toilets and decided to cancel our stay do tue the fact it was a horrible survival experience in sight.. No refund was granted and the day after our booking we received the “Robinson instructions”

Hard way to climb at entrance (but only for one out house), not looking clean bathroom (but we didn’t use it)

It’s amazing experience about being part of nature. So we didn’t expect special comfort or facilities. The best day of our travel for my 9 years old son :) Thank you for his wish of hot chocolate for breakfast! We also meet your horses in the morning, very calming and nice.

Would have liked to try the Restaurant on site. It was their day off.

Everything was better than expected as far as camping grounds. Welcoming service. Very clean and safe to walk late at night. Also a short distance from campsite to facilities. We enjoyed the breakfast brought up to the treehouse. I really recommend you order breakfast!

The staff were unhelpful and unapologetic when they messed up our meal booking. It's old and run down and ridiculously overpriced for what you get. I have never used such unclean toilets and showers in my life. All the pictures were obviously taken when it was first opened as they look nothing like they do on the website. Wires dangled from the walls which had just been cut off and left. Holes in the roof which were covered with some random picture done by a child and many other things similarly unfinished and messy. The breakfast is a joke, a small roll, croissant plain yoghurt and juice is all you get for you €8 which they conveniently forget to tell you before they give it to you and then slap you with the bill. The beds were old, uncomfortable, full of bits and not adequate for the temperature at night. I would certainly not recommend this place, there are other places to go with similar experiences which I'm sure are not as old and poorly serviced as this one, we were most displeased.
