This was a fabulous place to stay. It was spacious and very well equipped. The triple glazing cut out any street noise!! It was a great area to stay in. So many things to see and do. The internet was fast and reliable. The host was easily contactable. No key required to get in - just a code for the door. Perfect!!!

The only item that wasn't supplied was a portable deck chair for us to take to the nearby beach. However we bought one and have left it in the apartment for use by future guests!

This is the second time we stayed here, so that says it all really. Good double glazing shuts out noise from restaurant below.. Quiet at night so that was a big plus for us. Nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival. Host was attentive if needed.

Big, bright, comfortable, clean, and in the heart of Antibes old town. We enjoyed every minute. It was especially nice to prepare some of our own meals after a long day of sight seeing.

I just needed lamp over the bed because... only bright light in the room.

We really liked these apartments. Good location in the center of the old town, close to the sandy beach. Close to transport to the airport and other cities. And what is very important, the apartments have everything you need to live. And not only for cooking and cleaning, but also for the beach. We will come back here again and recommend it to friends.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The location is in the middle of everything with just a few steps away from the beach. The home is clean, open and so easy to operate. The restaurants, washing machine, beach umbrellas/chairs,air conditioning, and spacious place was the perfect pick tor our family!

The residents of the upstairs apartment were early risers and could be heard moving about from 7.30am but that might not bother most people. The apartment is on the first floor and there is no lift so it might not suit some people with heavy luggage.

The location is excellent. Everything is on the doorstep. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and has everything you need. The streets outside are lively and there is a school nearby (we enjoyed the sound of children playing) but the double glazed windows block the sound very effectively when required. Excellent air conditioning in every room.

Just very few things where missing: Some more vine and champagne glasses would be nice. Also more than one egg cup. A night table in the sleeping room with the two single beds would be great

It’s a spacious and bright flat. The furniture and equipment was in very good condition. Overall we loved the flat and the location. The communication with Tommaso went smoothly plus he is super friendly and fast in answering. Merci beaucoup!

The only negative side of our stay was a noise level. The windows are great and soundproofed so the owners did everything possible to reduce the noise but due to the building's age and consideration specifics, it is not possible to eliminate noise coming from the neighbours through the walls so if you are a sensative sleeper and are going to stay anywhere in the Old Town, don't forget to take some earplugs and good on-ear headphones with you.

The apartment is very cosy, clean and has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utilities so it was easy to cook our own meals. The location is great for those who like having everything nearby which was our case this year since we were traveling with a baby. The hosts are very kind, warm-hearted and quick to reply when help is needed. We would like to once again thank L Olivier for a lovely vacation and to wish the hosts family many years of luck and prosperity 😊!

Great location for an apartment. Near to train station, marina, Picasso museum, beach and so many great restaurants. On arrival we found the apartment very clean and smelling fresh, water in the fridge which we were very grateful for, and plenty of towels and hand soap. Kitchen and living area very spacious and everything you need during your stay.Our host went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for helping to make our stay enjoyable.

We stayed for 9 nights, during which time we could have had new bedding. Hardly anyone uses the same bedding for more than a week. The owner could also let you know if the entrance code changes, we waited and wrote for over an hour to get into the apartment one night.

Great location, spacious, well equipped, clean and only 3 minutes from the public beach. The parking lot is a 5-minute walk away. Really good apartment. The owner has made an effort to create a good and comfortable environment.
