    Nothing, all good.

Lovely location, ideal if travelling with a dog as big park area next to hotel. Secure car park, wi fi good, rooms have everything you need, comfy bed too. The host & team are really helpful and speak good English. Breakfast is a good continental style buffet. Drinks and a small but adequate menu are available upto 8.30pm. We have stayed before and will definitely stay again , in fact this time we stayed an extra night and did the tourist bit in Dijon, it was fab. Dijon centre 15 mins by car, lots of bars/cafes/restaurants en route.

Our room was not soundproof at all (as stated), I could hear our neighbors talk, or the people walking by the door, or people on the terrace, who btw could have just walk by our window. Hairdryer didn't work, and the bathroom was really cold, and took a while to warm it up with the noisy heater fan.

The hotel is in a nice, safe, quiet area with superb view over the town.

Minor quibble is the distance to anywhere to eat in the evening. There's just 1 restaurant about 10/15mins walk away otherwise it's into Dijon by car.

We had a very nice deep & restful sleep and woke up to a really nice breakfast. Fresh fruit salad and juice. A lot of attention to make everything as good as possible. Nearest restaurant is around 15 minutes walk or 15 minutes by bus in Dijon.

A small, very nice hotel on a side of Dijon (Talant), very well connected with the highway, very well connected to Dijon city centre with the bus station 3 minutes walk away (around 15 minutes drive to Square Darcy in Dijon), pretty surroundings to take an afternoon walk (i.e. lake Kir). The hotel was very clean and personal very friendly and taking hospitality very serious. Perfect place for relaxing, end of october was already a bit cold, but I can imagine relaxing on the terrace in summer

Breakfasts were excellent and the ground floor room had a terrace with table and chairs where we had a relaxed picnic. The proprietor was very helpful, arranged taxis and spoke good English. I dropped my phone on a walk back from a restaurant and he made several phone calls to try to locate the phone, for which he did not charge. He assured us the local people were honest. When I received an e-mail from a local resident who had found the phone, he arranged for us to go to retrieve it. Very kind.

Fantastic service. The owner went way above and beyond! Waited for us for a late check-in and then personally made a cold supper before leaving for his meeting (picture below). Great off the street parking. Tons of outlets. Adequate storage. The real selling point, though, is the stellar service!

The decor of the rooms isn't charming but the bed was comfy, it was clean and we loved the huge power shower and views from the bedroom.

The property is situated in a lovely garden overlooking Dijon. 10 mins by car/taxi to the centre. Rooms fairly spacious, decor OK, brand new bathroom, huge shower. The most outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff. The owner Christof and his staff gave us the warmest welcome that we've ever received in a French hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, we were a medium sized group and they made every effort to make our stay a pleasure. No bar but Christof managed to produce drinks and plentiful bottles of Cremant de Bourgogne whenever we asked. His young assistant gave us afternoon tea in the garden. We will definitely return next year.

The only downside was the toilet, old part of town so sewers couldn't cope with paper.

Beds very comfy, excellent breakfast. Nicole recommended good restaurant to eat.

Tucked away in a quiet location within easy reach of Dijon. Excellent value for money, secure parking and a good breakfast. Rooms are basic but represent excellent value.

This is a wonderful small hotel in a small town on the outskirts of Dijon. It is very easy access to the town of Dijon and is located on the top of a bluff overlooking a beautiful valley, the town and the low mountains beyond. It was a wonderful place to be and we would absolutely stay there again. The husband and wife who own it are so nice and friendly and they have a simple but nice breakfast each morning and a secure parking lot, not that it's needed. We felt very safe walking all through the old town where it's located. Cobbled streets, a church and a park all along the cliff make it a wonderful place to walk around. They added a nice raised patio that has chess and checkers on the deck and the view all around. You can't go wrong here.

The location, 350m. high up in Talant, overlooking Dijon. L'église Notre-Dame de Talant (Renaissance) is a beauty. Public transport to Dijon twice an hour.

Location is perfect if you have a car, otherwise is a little difficult with travel bags. And the nearest restaurant is located approx 1 km away, down the slope, which you will be climbing on your way back.

Very friendly and helpful hosts - went out of their way to allow me late entry after hotel was closed - I was delayed in traffic. Nice welcome in the morning.

That I didn't own 1 of the 10 Porsches in the car park ;-)

Best views we could find in the whole region. And staff were terrific. As long as you make a small effort to mumble some basic French ( hello, we are Australian etc...) they will be happy to speak English.

The room did not have tea making facilities or small fridge.

This hotel is located in the small town of Talant, just 5 minutes from Dijon. It is a lovely area and very quiet. Very neat and spacious rooms and good breakfast. You will need a car and free parking is provided.
