Cosy, clean and fully equipped (Except for a kettle!) apartment in the middle of the vibrant part of Arles. It is close to everything you need, there are also two supermarkets just a few seconds away and some of the best restaurants all around. Special thanks to the cleaner lady who did a wonderful job.

Wasn't a big deal for us but the stairs to the upper apartment become fairly steep and small. Just need to be careful....it's just the territory that comes with such historical buildings!

Very clean and well equipped apartments (we rented two for our family of 6). Clear and easy check in. We loved the location that was an easy walk to attractions such as the arena. We had no trouble parking our van within about 800 metres of the location (paid). Air conditioning was super as was the laundry. Appreciated the coffee pods that were provided! Overall would highly recommend!

Access to the apartment on the second floor is challenging - travel light, we had backpacks and left suitcases in the car. Free car parking is 5 mins walk away.

No parking on site. Used free parking lot on other side of bridge, which was close by and never full when we returned at the end of the day. Needed a kettle and an extra roll of toilet paper.

as it's an old bulding there are steep and narrow stairs to climb to get to the apartment, but that was not a problem for us

Access to the units involves narrow stairs so if you have large luggage it can be difficult, especially if you are older. The kitchen benches and table have sharp metal corners which need caution.

The location of the property is outstanding. It overlooks a lovely small but very active square which was quiet after 9pm. A number of excellent restaurants are within 100m and a supermarket within 50m. And only a 15-20 minute walk to the railway station along the river. All major attractions in the old city are within 10-20 minutes walking distance. We stayed for five nights and it proved ideal for such a stay.

We loved this apartment but two flights of narrowing spiral stairs were very challenging to climb with suitcases. Once inside, the steepness of the stairs to the sleeping loft, together with the absence of a handrail, made them also precarious to climb.

The staircase. We are a couple in our 60ties and it was quit difficult. The location is also a bit noisy in the night.

Everything is there what you need to have a good stay. The host is extremely responding to all questions and needs and reacts immediately. He is very welcoming as well and helpful with luggage.

Absolutely nothing! Except our rainy sightseeing day!

We just loved our stay at La Chambre D'Ami! It was so close to all the sites of Arles right in the centre of the historic part of the city. We were so pleased that Jerome greeted us, giving us detailed information about the accommodations as well as sites to see and restaurants to try. Jerome also gave detailed instructions on free parking sites. Thanks.

I don't think anything could have been better. I have no complaints at all.

The location is superb. It is close to the centre of Arles's old town, but it is very quiet inside the apartment, despite there being a restaurant a stone's throw away, plus some others around the corner. This is perhaps because the apartment is in an old building made of stone. It is newly renovated and has everything you need for a self-catering stay. I could live there!

The landlord is very warm-hearted and helpful. He came personally to support our requests. The appartment has nice design, warm lights and we feel at home. The Equipments are excellent with dish washer and washing machine. You need to be able to walk very narrow stairs leading to the appartment and in the appartment there are also low stairs.
