I think one of the (possibly) owners was having a bad day (or two) which you can't have if this is what you want to do.

Loved it! Probably above expectations considering some of the bad reviews. Exceptionally clean and tidy, great breakfast, pool, location just about perfect. Will stay again, cheers.

There is no ability to cancel a booking once it is made (even with 3 weeks notice and 3 mins after the booking was made) which infuriated me - so don't book this place find somewhere that values their customer (ie understands customer service) and does not start the relationship with inflexible money grabbing). Look this place is pretty basic. We were there to see family so really only used this as a place to sleep. The bed dipped in the middle and was uncomfortable, the cleaning while we were staying was derisory (but the room was clean when we moved in). The breakfast was continental and perfectly fine, but the coffee was truly awful (note to owners please invest in better coffee beans). The decor was depressing though to be fair some effort was made with newish vanity units and headboards. It was expensive for what it was.

To be honest not much to like. The owners were trying hard and were perfectly pleasant but I could not shake the feeling that this place had never ever seen better days. Positives? .... there was plenty of parking

Missed having tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Needed to use transport to find somewhere for evening meal, not easy with Motorhome. No local shops to walk to.

It was peaceful there, pretty surroundings of tall pine trees. Easy access to main road for our Motorhome.

Pillows are rubbish. Take your own. Breakfast pricey 10 euro. It's ok but a bit meh. Look at others before booking. It's not exactly value for money.

Location is good if you're attending Paul Ricard circuit. Not good for anywhere else like the beach

The value for money. You can find places a thousand times more worthy of your money in the region. This place looks like a motel and charges the price of a what could be a charming valuable small hotel-guest house. Lack of service (breakfast starts at 8:30, no one answered at the reception before, not even to return the key correctly), lack of quality and comfort (very outdated hotel, shabby small rooms), lack of passion for service (it seems the ultimate goal is to win every cent and that they are very tight to their money, e.g. they will even ask you to deposit 10 Euros to use a pool towel), the dishonesty (we had to leave at 7:30am and they refused to reimburse the breakfast fee that we had added the night before, in addition to being very rude on the phone and hanging up on us). Don't waste your money and energy at this hotel.

Nothing about this hotel, just the location. It is just unfortunate that there are hotels unworthy of the wonderful location.

The setting is idilic especially if you want to get away from the rat race. It is a very natural setting. The rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. Perfect if you are visiting The Paul Ricard Race Track

Tired property with tired rooms. No restaurant.

Well located budget hotel for Paul Ricard. Friendly owner
