The guy at the reception was not so pleasant. Especially on the first day. I was disappointed that I had sent in a request while making my booking for a paid parking space within the facility. But was informed the DAY AFTER... just close to my check-in time (after I had already left with my car) that parking was not available and would not be available for the entire duration of my stay (in his word). I had to drive far away from the hotel to pay for roadside parking. That was not funny! And it was also A LIE as up to the day I left, there were indeed parking spaces visible within the premise. It was extremely inconvenient. The staff/man was not polite at all. The next day as well, I found one of the ladies at breakfast a bit impolite and kept insisting she spoke nor heard no word of English. I found that hard to believe as this hotel's reviews said the staff all speak some sort of English. Even when I asked if there would be more pancakes, she gave a rude "je ne sais pas" response. Aside these 2 people, all the other staff were super lovely (including the other woman at the reception).

The hotel itself was lovely The kitchenette was well equipped. The beds were comfy. The kids loved it.

Staff hardly is speaking English and I was charged extra fee which staff could not explain for what it was As well during check-in I was asked to give my card details to secure a payment for damage of any room property which we could make !!! It was not any information about it when I booked this hotel

The quality of the breakfast for the price we paid : - Fruits could have been organic - ham looked and tasted like bad quality ham you find in supermarket - a lot of sugar product, bad quality, not much salty product

no problem for me but you might have to pay attention to the reception opening hours, depending on your check out day.

Location - it takes less than 10 min to the beach by foot through the town and brand shops etc., 5 min to Carrefour. Also our room for 3 was really spacious. Pool and garden were bit small but ok. Sauna, steam sauna and jacuzzi were good.

the pool didn’t seem very clean bit too much hair and too much chlorine. we stayed during the biggest heatwave in Europe and there is no air conditioning. nothing the hotel could do about that but we were given one tiny fan for four of us. asked about another but never got anything. it was 30 degrees at midnight and they could have been better prepared for guests. it wasn’t a surprise - perhaps bought a few more fans.

Breakfast was ok but we are used to British breakfasts, with more of a selection.

Excellent location, the kitchenette especially the fridge was an extra bonus The pool and spa were good including the sauna.
