Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GreeceWe asked for an extra blanket because one wasn't enough and it was cold in France. But this extra blanket was a bit dirty. Another negative part was that there was a small problem on the shower and after the shower, the bathroom was full of waters.
Very clean, value for money, the shower had amazing water pressure and hot water all day, also during late at night!

Latvia1.There was a coffee machine, but no coffee. 2. There was a bed and a sofa in the room, the sofa was very uncomfortable, even a child could not sleep.
1. Good location of the hotel, close to the metro, convenient to Orly airport. 2. Good linen and towels. 3. After 11 pm it's quiet and you can sleep fine, tight curtains.

RomaniaLocation was decent, in a safe area, clean enough, hotel not far from the metro, but a little far from the center of the city. It was a little strange that the room had no window, for air we had to open the door, that was opening directly in the main yard, so we had to be careful if others were passing by our door, but we didn't have any problem with the neighbors. The toilet was not functioning normal, not enough water for flushing, we announced that but it was probably too complicated to repair it during our stay, the only thing we saw was a towel put near the toilet to absorb water. We stayed in the room only during the nights anyway, so we tried to ignore that. The room was smaller than expected, but ok for our needs, we needed it only to sleep, i asked for twin beds and we found a double one instead, but it was big enough and comfortable.
Breakfast was not included in our booking, but i think you could have it there. We had a very nice breakfast not far from the location, an excellent coffee plus a lot of fresh tasty French goodies. It was a very good supermarket close to the hotel, in case you want to buy something to eat and drink in the room. We were getting in the studio directly from the main yard, it was quiet and clean. We had a fridge, and plenty of hot water for shower at any time. You could cook something if you wanted to, i think you had the basics for that, it was enough in the small kitchen, and looked clean. The beds were clean, the towels were clean. It was a TV in the room. The staff of the hotel was polite and helpful when requested.

AustraliaNo one at accommodation on arrival, but they did send messages with details of room, wifi, etc. Limited contact with management during 5 day stay, but very helpful when fan requested. No A/C
Clean, close to Metro and supermarket. Everything in room to self cater. Comfortable bed and bathroom decent size. Would recommend as great value for money on edge of Paris. About 6 stops from the best street in Paris for bars, food, cafes - Rue Mouffetard. About 20 mins metro from centre of Paris (but there are better spots anyway away from the tourist hotspots!)

United KingdomA small coffee table in the kitchen would have been nice to put your cups on while sitting on the settee . Petty I know
For Paris it was tremendous value , Kitchen with everything you need , great bathroom and big bedroom with a very comfortable bed . All basic furniture but perfectly acceptable . our apartment No 39 was very secluded with a little sitting out area . Cleanliness was exceptional . We did not take a vehicle as it was only 5 mins from the Metro and shops . Its nearly impossible to park outside the property but there is parking within the complex for a modest fee. Would DEFFINATELY go there again , if you expect 5 star then you NEED to pay 5 star prices , if you want a comfortable , clean , convenient place to stay , this is it . In my opinion .

United Arab EmiratesThe room was clean and modern. We had booked a room with a terrace but in the end were glad we did not get the terrace as they said the rooms were a bit old and the terrace rooms were not very private.
Parking excellent on site, the room was large and clean and had everything needed.

NetherlandsThe kitchen is not sufficiently equipped to cook beside very simple meals. Ideal for breakfast though there were no small coffee cups. The enty door (and small window) are the only source of natural light. The studio is therefore not very bright even in great weather. I had a visitor for few hours who detected humidity smells. The sofa was not super confy but it is a convertible. The wifi works very well but i needed to connect to the router at each time. only a very small inconvenience.
The studio is situated in a closed property by a large door that is locked at night and in the weekend. It is on a small street lined by small houses. It is about 4 min from the metro on line 7. The studio was larger than I thought with a separate bedroom, a nice bathroom (and plenty of towels) and a kitchen/dining area with a sofa and a telly. I got one with a small terrace and could see the small garden with olive trees. There are other small studios in the property. It was very clean, modern and functional, perhaps a bit too impersonal (the artificial lights are quite strong) The person who received me when I arrived was very nice. except for the last night (in the studio above mine), it was very quiet. No noise from outside. It was perfect for what I did, i.e. visit Paris.

NetherlandsOnly occasionally the neighbors are talking loud during the day, but can’t complain. Our room was facing the common area so we need to use curtain/shades to cover the door & window for some privacy, otherwise all good!
Great location, quite close to metro stop, easy to find. The studio was spacious, super clean and very quiet. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare for a meal. Super comfortable bed, which is hard to find in hotels from my experience. We also have access to our own terrace, which is very cozy. The shower and the bath are very modern, warm and comfortable. The most incredible thing was the service, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist and he was super clear about everything during our stay - since we had a small change of plan in the last minute, we could not stay the first night, and he offered to refund us 50% of that night’s stay! I will definitely recommend this place to every friends and I for sure will stay again if needed!

SerbiaThe beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept with. You could sink into the mattresses and never want to get up. The room also had the best and most advanced shower I've ever been in, with tons of modes and even a temperature indicator. Everything was clean, luxurious and functional. Also, the location for that price range was ideal, just a short walk to a metro station directly connected to the Louvre and the Chatelet station, the main railway hub of Paris. Excellent value for your money.
