Without doubt one of the best Chambre d'Hotes we have stayed in over 40 years. Nothing was too much trouble and the family couldn't have been more welcoming. House and meals were excellent. Definitely one to return to, but for longer.

A beautiful property in the most amazing garden in an Increadible countryside. The property felt enchanted and it was clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into making it comfortable to visitors. Guy and Elisabeth are amazing hosts and made us feel especially welcome as we travelled with our nervous border collie and they were so nice to him and allowed him to roam the estate. Thank you for your kindness.

Beautiful old farmhouse in rural setting only 20 minutes off the autoroute. Elizabeth and Guy were lovely hosts and allowed our two dogs to stay and enjoy their extensive garden and grounds. The bedroom and en suite bathroom were exquisite and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was served in the dining room and delicious. The nearby village has shops to stock up for onward travel too.

The room was charming with beautiful antique polished furniture. The bed was made with linen sheets and was supremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, pain de compagne, croissants and homemade jams. Excellent coffee!

It was a lovely evening, and the BBQ dinner was served in the garden under a shady tree. In the morning breakfast was served in the dining room and was excellent with local cheeses and homemade jam etc. The 400-year-old house is set in tranquil gardens and our hosts were most charming

Nothing! It was perfect!

We've been travelling across France for about 20 years now. Often requiring a stop off. Without doubt, this is the best ever! From the moment we arrived, greeted by the lovely couple, shown to a very clean, well equipped room we couldn't have asked for more. The evening meal was lovely. Home cooked, and even smoked on the bbq, followed by a homemade creme caramel. There were secure gardens for our dogs too. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in! We felt so welcome from the start until the end! Thank you!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Loved the location, very peaceful and the hosts were friendly and welcoming….we were met with tea & biscuits! 😊 after a long drive it was much appreciated..the accommodation was clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good. They rang a local restaurant for our evening meal…..meal was excellent too! Very accommodating hosts and we will definitely be stopping there again..

As the bedroom was large and had tiled floors it was a little chilly!

The hosts Guy and Elisabeth were very attentive and we communicated through google translate. The three course meal we had was wonderful, the most delicious and healthy meal on our journey north. Local bread, cheese and jams were delicious at breakfast. An incredible place to stay as 400 years old. The bedroom was large with chairs and a modern chaise lounge. The bed was very comfy.

Charming stay - Madame et Monsieur were very attentive , peaceful location, beautiful period house with log fires, room was warm with nice decorative touches - breakfast was a delight with home confitures, freshly squeezed orange juice, quality bread, washed down with tasty coffee. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We could only stay 1 night, but that's down to us not Guy or Elisabeth!

Guy and Elisabeth could not do enough for us, they welcomes us into their home, cooking and feeding us until we couldn't get off our seats. Accommodation is cosy and has a lovely cosy warm welcoming feel about it. Spoilt us and our cockerpoo Parker. Re-booked our return journey the next evening!

It is hard to imagine a nicer place to say A beautiful old building so tastefully restored to a very high standard in a quite wonderful location The hosts are charming and funny and so welcoming Even the local fox made an appearence for us The hostess is a great cook and the host pours great wine and is tireless in his efforts to make sure the log fires keep glowing A lovely small suite and a fine breakfast No doubt we will be back

The only thing that could have been better was OUR French!

Everything was perfect! Our hosts were delightful and we had a fabulous three course supper in front of the fire. We had a charming room and our breakfast was delicious, including fresh orange jus. This is a little gem!
